In Dec I placed my xmas orders using the ** partner site to fromyouflowers.com to earn flight miles with ******** ********* ************************************
I placed over 10 orders with this site & have yet to receive the mileage to my ** acct. When I contacted ** they told me that fromyouflowers has not approved the miles. I ordered SPECIFICALLY with thiscompany to get these miles, so why aren’t they approving these mileage points? I have all the receipts and screen shots per order.

I placed an order for a basket to be delivered to a family member after a loss of a loved one. After being told it was delivered when it wasn't, I called. I was told they'd re-deliver it within a day or two. It was never delivered. My card was charged. They told me they cannot refund my card and they'd give me a gift certificate. Not wanting to use them again as it was such a messy situation I asked for a check to be mailed. Twice now I have been told it's in the mail and to wait 10 days. There is no check, there is no answer. I am owed $92.41. I have email exchanges should they be needed. This company is extremely unprofessional and had I never questioned it not being delivered, they wouldn't have told me, as they said it was in fact delivered.Business Response

We did send a refund check to the customer through the regular mail on 1/13/23, but she has not received that yet. I am rejecting this response because:All day long these people call my phone saying the same things. Mind you, I'm at work. I cannot answer and it's quite annoying to have my phone ringing constantly. They call and if I don't pick up they keep calling from different numbers eventually leaving a message. At least three times a day this happens. Then, they email and say we're so glad you have a tracking number, please allow ten days for payment. Enough is enough. They're angered I've contacted you but still don't show any signs of sending a check. I work in business, specifically accounts payable. If someone is owed and you promise a UPS, you do it that day. There is no wait time, there is no need for multiple calls and emails saying wait 10 days.

I ordered two red sprays for my mother in laws funeral. Online had a picture I ordered from and I input the date and time and choice of flowers I wanted. I paid the price and even paid expedited price so the flowers would be there before the family went to view the body the day prior to the funeral. The flowers were not expedited and when called to check the status, we were asked can they bring them to our house the next day instead of the Mortuary. We said no they should be delivered that day. They eventually delivered that day. When we arrived to the funeral the next day, whatca surprise to see the Charlie brown Christmas tree of sprays. The two sprays had about a fourth of the flowers they should have. I complained to the company and asked that they make it right but all they were willing to do was 25% refund. I contacted them again and requested they do a little better for the disappointment and embarrassment I endured for the little frail flowers. I have yet to hear anything back so I'm contacting bbb as I told them I would if they didn't make it right. I have attached the picture of what I ordered and what I received. A supervisor has contacted the customer. We did explain the arrangements were filled to value, flower wise, but the florist did not use a lot of greens and they were spread out. We did refund the expedited fee and 50% off of the product cost of both arrangements. The customer knows this can take up to 3 business days to show on their original method of payment. Requested a delivery to a friend for a birthday today, Feb 2. The company said it was delivered but it was not. Tried calling and they could not confirm any details about what happened to the flower. Like so many complaints I've seen but wish I saw sooner....
So I ordered.flowers.for my best friends wake and funeral days before. Well his brother called me to notify me that no flowers arrived. I called the 800 number and got a customer service representative, who proceeded to tell ke that the order was canceled due to short staff. Wtf? Seriously? No phone call or anything from them. On January 26 I placed two orders with From You Flowers for bouquets to be delivered on January 31. They were supposed to be delivered on the anniversary of a loved one's death.
I paid a total of $100.98. The flowers were never delivered.
I have contacted the company to complain. I asked them to cancel the orders and refund my money.
This is the second time I've placed an order with this company and had them not deliver the flowers. I've seen reviews from others reporting the same. I feel that their company is dishonest and should be shut down.

I placed an order for Gladiolus flowers for my sister on 1/27 and paid expedited shipping which guaranteed delivery within 4 hours. First, the flowers I had chosen were changed. Then, they were never delivered that day even though I paid extra for that. I called customer service and they refunded the expedited fee and assured they would be delivered no later than the next day. Not until 2 days later do I receive an email saying they were delivered the previous day. My sister said she didn’t receive anything- she even checked in the package room and asked property management if they have seen it. When I called customer service, all they told me was that it was “handed directly to the recipient” which obviously isn’t the case. When I asked them if they had asked the recipient for confirmation of her name, they hung up on me. I called back and spoke with someone else who told me they had to investigate it and would get back to me in 24-48 hours but did not ask for a call back number. I would like a full refund for these flowers that were never delivered, and it seems I will not be able to ask the company themselves.Business Response

I ordered from the company to have flowers delivered for a birthday. I paid an extra fee to have the flowers and chocolate delivered on a specific day. The day came and went, with no notice, and the items where not delivered.
When I contacted the company the day they were supposed to be delivered. I was informed that they would fully refund, but that they would still deliver the order next day.
The January 31 came. The order again was not delivered. The company gave me the same run around I received on the first day (January 30).Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:After the first attempt to "rectify" the situation, the business promised that the item would still be redelivered the next day (1/31/2023). I had to call again and the business indicated it would not be delivered (again) as promised. They then indicated it would be delivered 2/1. While it was delivered yesterday, the business attempted to claim that the item was delivered, when in fact it was not. Reporting at approximately 4pm that the item was "delivered", when in fact it was not delivered until approx. 5pm.
By large, this company should in no way be allowed to exchange currency with consumers in the exchange for services and goods. They lack follow through and trust to the consumer.

I purchased flowers from "For you flowers" on 1.31.23 for a birthday. I paid for the premium bouquet and same day delivery. The flowers that arrived were no where near what was advertised. it was a small bouquet, so small it looked awkward in the vase. The flowers were browning and in terrible shape, that bouquet looked to be $10 max, not $60. I placed a complaint to let them know that I did not receive the product that I paid for and they were only willing to refund 30% which would have been $21.30 but then received an email that they were only refunding $15.67, so they even lied about the amount that was being refunded. This company is running a huge scam and preying on people who are just trying to do something for their loved ones.Business Response

We placed an order for a deluxe arrangement last Friday with extra cost weekend delivery to a family member who’s presently hospitalized. They received a completely different item of poor quality.
