I used this company because they advertise same day delivery. Their potties were also lower than some other businesses. I paid extra to make sure it was delivered same day. The order was placed early morning. Late in the afternoon I began getting emails from them saying the address could not be found and the telephone number I gave for the recipient was not working. I checked to make sure I didn't type any of it incorrectly, but NO I typed it all accurately. That address can be very easily found in any map!!!!!!!! It's a super easy place to find. I had already both received and placed calls with the number I gave them with no issues at all. The emails they sent me didn't give a phone number. I had to go to the ensure to even get a number. They told me they had all the correct information and the product would be delivered that day. At this point it was 4:00 in the afternoon and they would only be open for one more hour. They said they were still looking for a florist in the area to provide the delivery. There are dozens in dozens of florists in ******** **.
The product was NOT delivered as promised!!!!!! It's still not delivered.
I believe this company is a scammer and my money is lost forever! They should be put it off business. Fraudulent information about same day deliveries. Lies saying there is no problem with the order and it would be delivered on time. People need to be aware of this scam company.Business Response

i placed an order two weeks before i needed to have it delivered for my wife’s big 40th birthday on 22nd. On the 22nd i worked from home so i can make sure i received those flowers and give it to her that night. That afternoon nothing. i reached out to foryouflowers via online chat and they apologized saying they can’t make it with the flowers, and they said sorry etc and that they will upgrade the flowers n guarantee it will get to me the next day. I was not happy but will be busy taking my wife to dinner etc so if it gets here the next day will still be fine… on the 23rd again i try to work from home just in case they try to deliver and by 1:00 pm nothing (deadline is 6:00 pm set by the company) at this point i reached out to their online chat and again they said it will be delivered today because now it is out for delivery. by 5:30 i once again reached out to their chat and this again told me it is out for delivery. I asked them 1) i was told yesterday this will be priority for delivery today way is it so late… (no answer) 2) i asked them deadline for delivery is set by your company at 6:00 pm and now it is 5:40 what guarantees do i have it will be here in the next 20 mins? at first no answer so i pushed again n now the agent said I have seen delivery arrived 7-730. to me that is no guarantee at this time n just empty promises. Yes i did wait till 8pm and nothing… at the time i’m filing this report next day on the 24th at 10:10 am still NO FLOWERS.Business Response

I am following up on a dispute. I was charged $54.98 on Friday, September 16th. I never placed an order with you all. I had an item (sympathy flower arrangement) in my shopping cart while browsing your website on 9/16/22.
My information and credit card method which was ****** was charged to my credit card on 9/16/22 for an order that was never completed nor authorized on my behalf.
When I spoke with a live customer service rep. They informed me no order under my email address or name/ phone number ever existed yet I was charged.
I have contacted ****** and my bank and was informed you all need to refund me since this is an incomplete order.
I have attached proof showing an email regarding my shopping cart and to finish completing the order which I NEVER completed and authorized.
This is poor customer service and lack of professionalism. As of 9/19/2022 I have not received a follow up like I was told on 9/16/22 from their customer service team.

A supervisor has contacted this customer. We have gone into our system and searched for her information. We have nothing in our system or in our ****** system for her. We cannot refund something we do not have. We also cannot process anything from ****** as we do not have access to the customers information, the customer has to complete ****** purchases themselves on line. The customer will go to her bank to continue with this. None of these attached pictures show an actual purchase. They same come back to complete your purchase, come back for free shipping, and we see you took a break while browsing our site. An actual purchase would have her order number on it. I’m a first time customer and placed an order (*********, *********) on September 13, 2020 for two set of flowers to be delivered on September 15, 2022. However, later in the evening I was told by the person I sent the order to, that there were no flowers sent to her. I contacted customer service via chat, spoke to someone and was told that they will give me 20 precent of my money back and that this issue will be escalated. 20 percent back of my money for an order that was not fulfilled correctly? I’m a bit baffled. I don’t want a redelivery nor do I want 20 precent back. I want a full refund for this order, which is $153.39. Thank you, kindlyBusiness Response

I ordered a flower arrangement on 9/8/2022 to be delivered the morning of 9/14/2022. It was my best friends 50th birthday. The flowers were never delivered. I want a FULL refund, not just for the flowers but for the (hahahaha) "service/handling" fee of $15.00, along with the tax so full as in the full $63.94. TOTAL.

1. Ordered flowers on September 6 for wife's birthday. Flowers arrived on time, and in good order.
2. Receive e-mail from "From You Flowers" on September 7, announcing a $12.19 credit that could be used if another order placed within two weeks.
3. On September 7, tried placing another order for the exact same flowers (same price) to be sent to a relative, but the advertised "credit" was not being applied.
4. Contacted customer rep (toll free number), who pointed out that the website had applied the credit. But, this was untrue. Price was the same as the initial order (same flowers, same price).
5. Completed placement of the 2nd order, and received another e-mail on September announcing another $12.19 credit.
6. A third e-mail announcing a $13.07 credit was received yesterday. ($37.45 in all)Business Response

I ordered a $54.99 premium dish garden from "fromyouflowers.com " September 2, 2022 to be delivered to Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 64 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602. It was scheduled to be delivered Wednesday, 9/7/2020. I received an email notifying me that it had been delivered. Upon checking with the Funeral Home it had not been delivered. During the phone conversations and emails with the flower company, they've insisted that the delivery was made. I made a follow-up call to the Funeral Home Friday, 9/9/2020 and they had not received the dish garden.Business Response

I purchased flowers for my sisters birthday...we live in ****. I purchased the premium flowers and that is not what she received. There were 3 sizes to choose from and I wanted the larger arrangement. When my sister sent the picture after receiving them, I immediately called From you Flowers...I was heart sick. It wasn't what I ordered and paid over $80.00 for. When I spoke to someone there they apologized and gave me $12.00 and a $10.00 credit..like I want to buy something again from them.
