1 starI ordered flower arrangement for my girlfriends birthday. At 10:59 pm the day before delivery, I get an email from FTD saying they could not find a local florist. The following morning ( date of delivery) , I called FTD customer service and was told they didnt have the specific arrangement that I ordered available. The FTD rep then continually put me on hold and finally offered another arrangement for confirmed delivery for today. Upon reviewing the newly offered arrangement online I was surprised to see the original arrangement still being offered to me for same day delivery. So now its past 10:00pm on guaranteed delivery day and still no delivery to a business. I check the website tracker only to see in progress. I then called FTD customer service to be told the florist didnt have the flowers available but could send the arrangement at a later date. After informing the FTD rep that I ordered them for today as a birthday gift so a later date would not work. I explained that I spoke to a FTD rep this morning that assured me the arrangement was available and guaranteed delivery. The FTD reps ******** was one of indifference. Due to this experience I would not recommend using FTD for your floral needs.Review fromJohn M

1 starNO STARS. Terrible way to do business. I ordered three "Premium Candlelight Centerpieces" @ $120..00 each for Christmas presents. Although they arrived on schedule and of good quality, the delivered products were not as I paid for. Two of the arrangements received were "Deluxe Candlelight Centerpieces" @ $90.00 each and the third arrangement received was a "Standard Candlelight Centerpiece" @ $60.00. Therefore, I paid $360.00 and received $240.00 of goods.When I contacted the FTD "Help Line" and requested to speak with someone I could understand I immediately heard a click and then a dial tone; great customer relations on **********************'s part. 1 starOne star is being very generous. I had a horrible experience with FTD on my first attempt but thought I would try again as mistakes happen. This time, over a year later, the experience was EXACTLY the same. I placed my order for same day delivery well within the cut-off window to do so. I also paid the additional $4.99 for same day delivery on top of the $19.99 handling fee. My order was confirmed, my money was taken, then an hour later, I was told that my order cannot be completed. I was given options with links to move forward, neither of which gave me an option to cancel, only to order more flowers. I found a phone number, called, and it was an automated system that text me a link which again was entirely irrelevant to what I needed. I finally found another number which led to a gentleman who was very very difficult to understand and had a very difficult time understanding me due to a language barrier. I finally communicated that I wanted to cancel and was then informed that my refund would take 3-5 business days to process. Keep in mind that today is Friday and Monday is a holiday so I'm looking many days down the road to get my $93.**. Now when I order flowers from someone who WILL deliver them, I cant use the refund from FTD to pay for them and have to come out of pocket for a second order thanks to FTD failing TWICE to complete my order after taking my money.Review fromBri G

If I could give 0 stars I would. I originally ordered flowers for my friend on 12/19. It was delivered to the wrong address. When I called I was met with responses such as it says its been delivered or we will get the address updated. No one I spoke to could understand the concept to at flowers were delivered to the wrong address. No one could help me. It got to the point where I just asked for my money back.I complained on social media and I was prompted to email customer service. I did. I have yet to get a response.I proceeded to order flowers at Proflowers. I didnt realize FTD owned Proflowers. I got an email stating that it would be delivered on 12/22. Then I get an email stating it would be delivered on 12/24. I called and ask to speak to a supervisor. I was placed on hold for over 20 min. I hang up and call back and I was transferred over to a supervisor within 5. I dont want to make assumptions but it feels that the first phone rep had no plans on transferring me to a supervisor. The supervisor I spoke to assured me that it would be delivered on 12/22 and he said hed call me. Never got a call.I get another email stating it would be delivered on 12/27. I call back and speak to another supervisor. He told me it would be delivered by 12/22 but couldnt provide any assurances that it would. At this point I have no clue when these flowers will be delivered.What started as something nice I wanted to do for my friend who just got surgery was ruined by FTD and the florists it contracts with.FTD, LLC

I have used FTD for years and have always been satisfied until recently. I have had two separate experiences with negative results. The first were flowers for my daughter for a very delicate day. I needed the flowers sent to her on the specific day I placed the order. I waited all day and finally contacted FTD. I was told the florist was short on drivers and my order would be delayed. The FTD representative was uncaring, not an ounce of empathy. The blame was shifted onto the florist rather than accepting responsibility for working with an unreliable company. The delivery fee was credited back to me, but only at my request. The most recent order was for a Christmas present for a family member. Again, the order was not received on the selected date. Called FTD and the representative I spoke with was very nice. He apologized for they delay and said he would upgrade my order. He also advised me he spoke with the florist and was told the flowers would be delivered the next day. Again no delivery. Called FTD again and received another unempathtic representative which advised me the original florist never responded to the redelivery request and she would need to change florists. I advised her I was told the florist had been contacted and I was promised an upgrade and next day delivery. Her only response was that she could not speak to that, could not provide me a delivery date and could not promise me an upgrade. The BBB site states FTD request you call them first before leaving a review. Why would anyone do that when your customer service team does not care. ********************** is providing false delivery dates, blaming the florists, providing questionable customer service and not taking responsibility for the quality of vendors they are selecting. Future business will be going elsewhere.FTD, LLC

My mom sent my sister a deluxe bouquet from FTD while she was in the hospital. The bouquet she received was subpar and looked nothing like the bouquet pictured. It was supposed to have 4 roses in it, and there were none. In fact, there werent that many flowers in it at all, it was mostly greenery. Certainly not worth the price she paid or even close! We called, and they said they would send a replacement bouquet. The replacement bouquet never arrived. She went home from the hospital a few days later. So we called again to have the replacement bouquet sent to her home address. Gave her address. I called back today, and none of the information was shown, including her address! They still had the hospital address and phone number! Its like we never even called! So we called AGAIN today, and this time ******* put in her home address and phone number. Well see if she ever gets her replacement bouquet. The sad part about it is my mom had just renewed her membership for another year at a cost of $40! Not worth it!FTD, LLC

FTD is a joke and theyre completely unnecessary in 2023. Theyve ****** me over so many times, I kinda blame myself. Flowers NEVER look like whats advertised. This time they never delivered the flowers. In order to help us, they took $10 off. What the fuck? How about free since the birthday is over? What a joke. If I could snap my fingers and FTD winked out of existence, I would.FTD, LLC

I recently purchased a bouquet for my mother over thanksgiving on 11/22. The flowers were crushed into a case and shows they were wilting. After 4 days, my mother sends me an image of the flowers dying and in poor condition. I was extremely disappointed with FTD since they are associated with this bouquet and service. I reported and sent them an email with the images, the bouquet did not even look anything like what was advertised. I understand there are substitutes but for the flowers to be crushed into a vase and **** is embarrassing and unacceptable. No response to my email from FTD or on my refund with FTD. For them to be unresponsive to my concern to my order is extremely disappointing. Never will order from them again.FTD, LLC

Ordered from FTD many times in the past with no problems. Ordered on 10/27 from an email FTD sent to me for delivery 11/1. Order showed out for delivery but then changed to assigned to florist. Contacted them by ************* on 11/2. They never explained why it wasnt delivered or what the issue was. Wouldnt tell me the name of the florist as thatsnot allowed. They offered to upgrade the order at no charge but at this point why would I trust them to deliver anything. Asked for a refund and waiting for it to come. This sounds like the same scam Avas Florist is running. Do not order from FTD or Avas - you wont get what you ordered. Call a local florist, verify the location or you will be disappointed.FTD, LLC

I paid just about $100.00 for the "Clear Skies Bouquet" for a loved ones birthday. When I was sent a picture of the bouquet they received I was so embarrassed and upset. The bouquet that was delivered had a very small fraction of the flowers displayed on FTD. Although the flowers had not bloomed they were peppered in there. I am so furious at the response I received from FTD stating that they contractors substitute flowers and the flowers had not yet bloomed. I wish I could upload a photo of the pathetic flower arrangement that was delivered. What a JOKE. These business should be shut down for false advertisement. Every single person I know that orders flowers are always disappointed, what a scam and WASTE OF MONEY in these tough times.FTD, LLC
