      I ordered flowers for mothers day, and they never delivered anything. I told them that and they only offered a 20% refund--for doing nothing!

      Received flowers as a gift. The greenery was covered in mold and the flowers were limp and dead. I tried to call customer service and received no help other than to call the person who sent them to me. When I shared what they looked like, the FTD representative asked me what I thought happened. Absolutely no resolution and would absolutely never recommend this company. ******** customer service!

      Two of the three stalks of Hydrangeas I ordered for my mother for mother's day were dead. Nice job, FTD! It's the last time I use you!

      If I could leave zero stars I would. Im appalled by the terrible customer service at **********************. They ruined Mothers Day for us. We purchased flowers and paid extra to make sure flowers were delivered on Mothers Day. An email delivery confirmation was sent in the evening (which is also frustrating because it was 7PM) but my mom never received the order. I called customer service to be told that it wouldnt be delivered until tomorrow. They lied to us!!! Terrible company that shouldnt be in business and several reviews online echo the same. Dont use this company.

      I ordered flower for Mother's Day for my daughter-in -law who is a mother for the first time. I spent $124.56 for flowers that was never delivered. I called 3 times on Mother's Day to get the order status. They said it will be delivered. It never did. I placed the order 11 days before Mother's Day to make sure of its delivery.I am so disappointed and disgusted with FDT. I asked for a refund. This was a very special occasion, and they totally ruined it.

      I ordered flowers to be delivered specifically on a certain day 11 days prior to the delivery date. That day came and went with no delivery. I called the next day and the *** told me I needed to be patient and when I requested to speak with a supervisor the call dropped. I called back and was told they would deliver that day by 8pm. They werent delivered. I called the next day and they said they didnt know when they would be delivered. I canceled the order and they said they would refund the full amount. So disappointed that my gesture of kindness was completely hacked by this incompetent company. Never use FTD!!!

      I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on Thurs. May 8. They were never delivered. I called every day for 3 days and was always told "They will be delivered today". Well it's now near the end of the day on May 11 and still no delivery. I called and told them to cancel the order and refund my credit card. I was put on hold for 20 minutes. If they don't I will call my credit card company and have them remove the charge. I have never had a worse experience with a floral delivery company. Oh, and every time I did call I got someone on the phone with an Indian accent so thick I could barely understand them. Call centers in another country perhaps? I mean for every one of my 4 calls!

      Worst customer service and company communication. I selected a delivery date and after that day has passed I reached out and was told there is a delay. Nobody told me about this and then I was told it would be delivered the 10th by 6pm. Well that came and went so I reached out again and they said its not even shipped and to kindly just wait they also only offered a $20 refund on my $80 flowers that were now 2 days late and still not having a set delivery date.

      This company is unethical. Delivered flowers that were dead. Refused to provide a full refund. On a $100 purchase, I was given $12 refund. ***** and shop local instead.
