      I received an email stating the flowers were delivered to my home , I wanted to surprise my wife for Mothers Day I went to front door and I do not see the flowers they say they delivered. I call the 800 number and I was told they could give me 30% back Im immediately ****** and felt disrespected I could hardly understand the person FTD has handling their customer support. The phone was statically garbled and this made this call much more frustrating adding I can hardly understand the man Im talking with To offer 30% of my money back for an order we never received is B.S am I mad yes 100% the man put me on hold like he had to verify he could return 100% of my money back . My trust of FTD is totally gone . I will dispute this charge on my card as I really do not trust it will be returned otherwise. What a sad day FTD caused when all they had to do was deliver my wifes Mothers Day flowers THANKS FTD ABD WOW 30% WHAT A JOKE what are the terms

      Horrible, disappointing experience. Mothers Day flowers arrived dead and falling apart. The message on the card turned out as gibberish. When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund the costly amount for a pile of stems and petals. What a huge waste of time and money. Please shop elsewhere.

      Never order from FTD! I ordered early so my mom would have her flowers delivered on time, tomorrow. They are arriving on Tuesday and are currently in ********. She is in *********. Are ordered from them because they always used a local florist. Not any more! There is no way they will be fresh!

      Mothers Day flowers delivered today. The tulips were fall *** apart and the candy was completely melted. Sad.

      If I could give FTD less than one star, I would. I ordered flowers for my wife to celebrate her graduation from a Masters program. I paid for two-day delivery and an additional fee for weekend delivery (Saturday). I received a email from FTD asking for me to call them. During that call (at a call center in *****), I was asked multiple times to verify who I was, even after providing the order number. This lasted for 20 minutes. They eventually told me the flowers would be delayed until Monday. After four more emails and phone calls, they eventually arrived Tuesday. They were the wrong flowers, dead and several broken.

      My tulips are not in good shape like the picture you advertised. For the price that was paid im very disappointed. When the flowers arrived I immediately had to give them more water. On top of this the delivery process was a disaster. My address could not be found. Thank you for the delivery but im very disappointed in the quality for the price.

      UNRELIABLE SERVICE - DO NOT RELY ON FTD FOR ANY OCCASION!!!! I ordered an arrangement for a funeral service that I was unable to attend, and the flowers NEVER arrived. I followed up with FTD, and they offered to reimburse me half of the cost and further offered to deliver the arrangement the next day. AGAIN, they were a no-show. I received an email of apology and a notice advising that the florist couldn't complete the order. Despite providing the correct address, they claimed they couldn't find the location of the funeral home. They then advised that they will fully reimburse my account.While I appreciate the refund, the meaningful moment is gone forever. I am devastated that my family and I were unable to be represented by the arrangement at my relative's funeral. I am deeply disappointed by FTD's lack of professionalism and will NEVER refer them or do business with them again. This company needs to be investigated and/or shut down. This is not good practice.

      I wish I could leave 0 stars, because that is what they deserve. I was sent flowers from my brother in law because my father has passed away. The first batch I was sent from From You Flowers and *** messed up and they ended up spending several days on the *** truck, so they were in bad shape by the time they arrived to me. From You Flowers contracted with FTD for replacement flowers (showed up in FTD Box). They showed up the day after being shipped and were dead, moldy and falling apart. On top of that the bouquet was half the size that it should have been. This is not the FTD of the past. Im not sure how they have let the quality slip so far. Their customer service is also a huge joke.
