      They over charge, have poor customer service unless you’re looking to enroll, lack of supervision of teens accessing the equipment unsupervised or either by other teens themselves (staff with no experience) this a building with a spa and workout equipment robbing pockets and our youth with no real supervision!

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my very recent experience I had at The Edge Fitness Club located in ****** *** I had signed up for training sessions and when my trainer Tony was fired the day I trained with him unexpectedly I called the club and spoke with Joe the manager to cancel any further training sessions. The dialogue with Joe was unprofessional, rude and he clearly has no experience in being in a managerial position.
      On the call Joe expressed to me that I had 14 training sessions left in my bank that have been prepaid which I had zero knowledge of and was quite shocked that Edge still continued to charge my Credit Card for future training sessions even though I still had 14 to use up. Joe also reassured me that all training sessions will be canceled and I will NOT see any further training session charges on my CC after July 11.
      August 6, 2023 I found a charge for X amount of dollars for another 8 training sessions. I called the Club immediately and spoke with Joe who once again was zero help and had no explanation as to why. His response was that he will get back to me regarding this. It is now August 30th and haven't heard back so I called in this morning and Joe basically told me that the charge I see in August is the last final bill.
      Once again I just hung up laughing in response on how headquarters, their staff and Joe the manager handles clients.
      This establishment is completely unprofessional, downright thieves that justify stealing money monthly on your credit card for services that were canceled.
      BEWARE and stay away, find a gym that aren't frauds. My membership is up in November and I will not be renewing. The energy, vibe, management, and corporate headquarters philosophy on rip clients off and try to steal as much money as possible from them is a clear reflection on why I will not be returning.

      President/CEO
      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I had at The Edge Fitness Clubs located in ********* *** As a member of your facility, I expected a certain level of professionalism, customer service, and cleanliness that was sorely lacking during my visit. I regret to inform you that my encounter on 08/17/23 has left a lasting negative impression on your establishment.
      First and foremost, I was taken aback by the state of unprofessionalism and rudeness I've encountered yet again with Tom (unfortunately, not the first time). Sadly, and unfortunately Tom doesn't have the professional and social skills to address members/peers/others. Tom, is at a disadvantage as he is dealing with a ********* ** ********* *** ***** *********** *****l health challenges which prevent him from being able to articulate, relate or perform adequately as a front staff team player. These facts were shared by both your GM Naomi Zaza and your AM Tayvon.
      Furthermore, the customer service I encountered was subpar at best. The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism (as a whole) and responsiveness that is unbecoming of a fitness club of your reputation. When I attempted to address my concerns with a staff member, I was met with indifference and disregard, further exacerbating my frustration.
      Moreover, the equipment and facilities seemed to be in a state of disrepair. Malfunctioning machines and inadequate upkeep suggest a lack of investment in maintaining a satisfactory workout environment for your members. This directly contradicts the promises made when I joined your club and significantly diminishes the value of my membership.

      Edge Fitness has messed up my contract by charging me once in January for an annual fee and have a second annual fee scheduled to be withdrawn in June of this year. The representatives, I dealt with, knew of the issues and kept promising me that a supervisor will call me to correct my contract, but no one called. I made many visits in person to the gym, but kept being either ignored. I went y to my bank and advised them of the unauthorized charge already made and about to be made. As a result, my bank pursed the charge made in January and blocked the next charge scheduled in June. Since then I have been getting calls to make payments. Additionally, I recently got an email from corporate that my account is now in collections with a third party. As of now, I am constantly being harassed by this third party company to pay for something not owed.

      Very unprofessional gym that does not provide safety to its members and does not enforce any of the rules. There are constantly guys and girls taking pictures in the bathroom mirrors, near the showers, and posting them on instagram and other platforms. The club does not bother to stop these members and there is no telling if they are taking voyeur pictures as well. The front desk staff does not talk to people breaking rules. The gym is an unsafe environment for people to exercise in.

      I've never visited or signed up for anything from edge fitness yet they somehow got my phone number and now send me spam texts on a regular basis. I block every number I get their spam from and it keeps coming day after day. I don't want to join their club and I can't opt out of their predatory messaging because they have infinite numbers to send it from. DO NOT GIVE THIS GYM YOUR INFORMATION FOR ANY REASON.

      Signed up under the guise of a month to month plan and could cancel with 30days notice. Go to cancel and was told I could not cancel until my year (which was not mentioned once) was up. Follow up with double checking everything you sign and do not fully listen/trust the sales rep

      If I could rate this business zero stars, I would. In the two years I was a part of this facility, I never witnessed any staff cleaning anything, particularly the restrooms. It was always over-crowded, no matter what time of the day you went. Also, good luck cancelling your membership. They require you to be medically deceased before you can cancel. Never will I attend edge fitness again.
