      Freeshipping.com is horrible. I dont even recall signing up for membership and I was charged $19.00 per month for 4 months without even notice or email from freeshipping for billing. I dont ever recall using their service.

      I have been a good customer of Freeshipping.com for many years; it was first offered to me when I was ordering from Shutterfly.com; at that time the cost was about $7 mo. Since then, the costs have raised to $10, $13 and now $20 mo. without any notice, I still stayed with Freeshipping.com all of these years since I do a lot of online shopping and they cover so many of the sites that I purchase from, even better than ****** since I do comparison price on everything I buy! I have had many acounts over the years since they cap at $500. LOved this site. But more recently it has become dishonest (maybe always was but I was okay with my refunds). In the past yaer, as I attempted to sign in, I cannot get into my account (at laest 2x). When I call them, the lovely person who answers always informs me that my account has been cancelled, no email or explanation, and all she can see is that the account has been cancelled. I ask to speak with a Supervisor, a complaint is filed, and i am told that within 24-48 hours someone will email or call me. One time, Joe, emailed me and said that the resaon was that I had "2 accounts" at the same time!!! What? Never did. He said that account (#********) had been cancelled as Alisha (first person who I spoke with, supposed on a "recorded line" - I don't htink they ever keep records of the calls) told me about 2 days before (cancelled 5.16.24) and that I already had a refund of my $20. I found that explanation to be unacceptable but I asked Joe if I could open a new account; he said I could. So I did open accoumt # 72610318 and have been using it for a few weeks, I made 5 purchases. When I went to use my account on Aug 8, 2024, my password did not work; I tried to cahnge it, still did not work, so I called; I spoke with Shannon - she informed me that the acoiunt was closed and my refund for $20 was sent (checked my credit card - it was); but I told her taht I was nover notified. She said I should gotten an email. Continued

      No idea how this started or what this company offers. But they have been charging me $ a month since September of last year $19.00 through ******* What a scam!!!! Called and cancelled it today They do not deserve a star

      **************** is HORRIBLE & DISHONEST!!! We have been charged $19 every month since 2022!! We've never used **************** but we have been charged with a total of $417!!! We've disputed and escalated this with continuous so called "supervisors" that only tell us that they will be calling us back within 72 hours. We request to talk to someone so that this can be resolved but they continue to say they don't have a direct number to their boss!?!?! How is this even possible unless you run a company Dishonestly and full of Greed!!! We still haven't received any phone calls back to resolve this

      Cancelled account back on :9/2019. Another account was opened without my knowledge or email confirmation from them under another account number on: 8/2020. I made no payments to them on the second account until 11 months later and payments were taken & received by them to date. Requested a statement of payments made on the second account be emailed to me & they indicated they cannot provide it . Also requested a copy of the original email be re-sent to me confirming this 2nd account that was set-up for I never received one. Never received the email. Requested a refund & the most they would credit back is 4-months of payments which was immediately refunded. Since they cannot provide me any proof of the second account set-up, they need to refund me 4-years of payments.

      I have noticed a charge of $19.00 on my bank statement. I DO NOT purchase, order nothing on-line. I have never heard, used nor signed up with Free shipping.com. An this is exactly why I don't use on-line services. American Greed changing stealing just taking people's money. $19.00 can buy my groceries. I wont my money back. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE. SHAME ON Y0U.

      these ******* are fraud. they told me to go claim $25.00 for signing up. i can't claim my $25 because they have to review my address and i Must call or email for support. i did all they asked for but never got my $25.00. but the started charging me $19.00 monthly fee.

      They sign you up for their service in an unethical way. The customer thinks they are getting a refund from the vendor from which they purchased a product, e.g. a dress. Instead, they are signing up for Free Shipping for only $2/month for the 1st month, agreeing to pay $19/month going forward. If you call them they will refund 4 months, but I didn't catch it until it was 8 months. The rep on the phone admitted the way they do it confuses the customer.

      I've just taken over my mom's finances and apparently she purchased flowers in October and "saved" $15 by clicking some button that then signed her up for "Freeshipping.com". This is according to the agent on the Freeshipping custormer service line. And has had a $20/month charge ever since. She has no idea that she ever signed up for this or has continued paying for it. Of course I can't find a record of the original purchase either. What a business model. I cancelled the order, but 15 minutes later I still haven't received the confirming email I was promised. Wish they had zero star options.
