Very misleading. Don't tell you there is a monthly charge until after you have signed up and they have already charged you. I immediately canceled ( within minutes). Charge had already gone through and i was notified i still had to pay for first month.Clarus Commerce, LLC

Where to begin with this company. I sent my family member flowers in February of 2022 (Over a year ago), and was prompted at check out to include free shipping. I used the service without being aware that I had entered into a subscription. Very sneaky on their part. Upon calling to cancel and request a full refund, the agent I spoke with advised me that a supervisor would contact me and give me a full refund. Once the supervisor called me, they said they could not give me the full refund. I feel scammed by this company, and would like to let others know that they should NEVER do business with this company, as their business practices are not in good faith. Moreover, as I didn't even know I was doing business with the company, BE VERY CAREFUL when checking out of a website you don't regularly use, and look out for "Free Shipping" offers that may be this company signing you up for a membership. I think it's only fair to ask that the company reimburse the full amount of fees I didn't authorize, for services not rendered.Clarus Commerce, LLC

These terms are displayed in the enrollment process on the second page of the form, they are displayed on the new member welcome page, and send a third time in the welcome email. We also ask a security question and you must provide a password along with all other billing info to ensure that you are aware of the program you are registering for.

I am a senior and except for groceries do my shopping online. Recently I made a purchase from ******** which sells jewelry. The same day my bracelet was shipped and my account charged (May 17, 2023) there was a charge of $2.00 from **************** for debit card recurring payment. After I discovered this charge, I went to my bank to find out what it was for. The person at the bank was able to connect it to ********. On May 23, 2023, there was another charge to my account for debit card purchase **************** for $19.00.
I looked for the website to find out what this was and discovered it was some kind of membership. I did not remember seeing anything about this when I was online shopping and did not order it. Any time I have ever ordered anything online, I received an email acknowledging receipt for my order and listing what I ordered and what it would cost including any shipping and sales taxes. I never received anything from ************ explaining what they offered or what it would cost.
I found a phone number and called on May 25, 2023 and talked to someone named Frank. I told him I wanted to cancel this membership and told him I did not order it. He did ask me if I had been shopping online but offered no explanation as to how I got signed up for the membership. There was no problem canceling the membership and I did receive an email confirming my cancellation. There has been no credit to my account and I have spent $21.00 for a membership and still do not know what it offered and how much it would have cost.Clarus Commerce, LLC

Just like most of the other reviews I was signed up and charged from freeshipping.com for a service I do not want and did not know I was signed up for. In January I was charged to my credit card a $2.00 fee and then again in February a $13.00 fee was charged. My card company actually called me to find out if this was a fraudulent purchase. Then in March I was charged $13.00 again! I had changed my account and this company still found a way to charge me a fee. I have NEVER heard of this company. I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE. I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW I WAS SIGNED UP FOR THIS SERVICE. From everything I have seen online this "company" is a scam. PLEASE CANCEL THIS SERVICE. Have no idea how I even got charged this subscription and never noticed it, it was on a busisness account. Disputed it, got my money back only to have new charges three months later. I am over fighting this, paid it and had to totally close that account. Waste of 2 hours of my life trying to figure out. Tell me please what the **** I paid $13.99 a month for?? I never authorized it or knew what free shipping was. I had disputed the charge and was refunded. You then charged my card twice since December. I canceled the card and paid it because I was done messing around. I have the paperwork and proof you did because it was done in December of 2022 when the bank refunded me almost a year of you charging my account. Just got the charges the last two months. Don’t scam people. I paid for a service I never used or asked for. Google it and the first thing that comes up is scam. I paid $30 to not waste my time and closed the account.Review fromKathryn O

In reviewing billing from my ************* account, I noticed that since September 2022 a monthly charge of $16.95 had been charged. This was linked to ***** ******, a clothing company with which I had done business--but I had never authorized such a deduction. It is a charge without any product or service rendered.
