      I noticed on 12/22/23 that I was being charged $19.00 from a company called **************** I have never heard of the company I called them an they saud they were a free shipping company. I asked how long have they been taking money out of my acct and why. They informed me that I signed up on 12/5/22 and the money started coming out in 1/5/23 I told them I never signed up for this company they said when Burlington store offered me a 15% discount that's how I signed up. I informed them I never signed up for free shipping I don't need free shipping and I've never used it since the money has been coming out. They agreed I've never used it but that's not there problem it was there for me. I asked for a refund they took 1,400.00 out of my acct they saud they could only refund me $76.00 they refunded me $19.00 my bank had to take $57.00 from them to refund me. Which totaled $76.00. That company is a scam company which needs to be stopped. I'm a senior and I need my money..

      Got an advertisement from Mercari for free $10 cash back from them. Decided to try it out and instead of getting cash back, they immediately started making multiple charges to my account. I ultimately had to freeze my account, cancel my card, and dispute the charges. SCAMMERS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION.

      somehow this company was charging me as a subscriber for a year - before my husband saw the charge for 19.00 on our visa and ask me what it was about. neither of us even knew what this company was - nor did we sign up for anything. when i contacted FreeShipping.com they refused to do anything more than refund me 4 months - after pressuring - told me a supervisor would contact me & they never did. when i called back - they refused to let me talk to anybody else that would listen to my information and they disconnected me. this company needs to be shut down - they are have fraudulent charges to consumers and do nothing about it. ****** ********* * **** **

      If they had 0 stars , that is what I would give.
      I received my July 2023 rebate check.
      Unfortunately It was damaged, some of the numbers
      on the bottom left had been torn off.
      I have been contacting the for 5 months.
      "5" times I was told I would be getting a new check.
      Now they are telling me the check was cashed.
      That is impossible because I have the check in hand
      "not signed". This is insane.
      I am going to cancel if it isn't resolved soon.
      Figured I would try this avenue first .

      I have been a member for years and have had good experience with this service in the past (keywords "In The Past). That said, I renewed my membership in November (as I have done before) and began making purchases through the process one needs to use. I received notice of savings (great) for the various holiday purchases made. Then, a few days before the 10% payment is due in December, they decided to cancel my account without notifying me why. I have put in several help requests, called to talk to a rep, and chatted online. They just say they will escalate and contact me but they never do. This is obviously a way to not have to pay out to subscribers but still allow them to collect $'s from the vendor -- which is why this now appears to be a scam or fraud. Freeshipping.com doesn't like to fulfill the Terms of its Service
      What frustrates me the most is I could have used Rakuten instead for these purchases but I can no longer do that because I already made those purchases and can not return them.

      **************** scammed me by thinking I was receiving a rebate after a purchase I made on another site. I then found out I had signed up for a paying monthly membership when $19 was taken from my PayPal account a week later. I went back to my email and saw the tiny print at the bottom for what I was actually creating an account for. Very deceptive marketing!

      I have just received notice from my credit card that these recurring charges are questionable by FreeShipping.com. I did not sign up for this and I don't know how they got my card # and information. I think it might be a scam.

      Predatory scam business. I never signed up for their services, but used a site who used them as a third party shipping service. They have been charging me monthly for over a year. Varying amounts each month and on different dates so as not to arouse suspicion. Every response apologizing for anything on this site is all absolute garbage. This company knows what it is doing. It is theft. Even after I changed my debit card, I am still being charged by them. You should be ashamed if you work for this 'company".
