As a single mother struggling with a new home and flooded basement, I needed a company that I could trust for value, professionalism and expertise. I interviewed several companies and then met Alex L**** from Connecticut Basement Systems. Alex was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful and had excellent hospitality training and communication skills. Not only did the company do an outstanding job for me, Alex went well beyond the scope of his duties and exceeded my expectations.
Alex was in communication with me seven days a week to help me work through the scope of the work, the contracts and to have my work scheduled as soon as possible. Alex even came to my home on a Saturday and spent many hours of his own personal time prepping my basement in order to save me money and ensure that my job would go smoothly and efficiently the following Monday. I cannot begin to tell you how much this meant to me. Alex is an outstanding employee and a true humanitarian.
I too am a business professional for more than 35 years and am familiar with service and hospitality expectations, so I know I am not exaggerating when I tell you what a gem you have and hope that your company will give Alex the accolades and recognition, he so richly deserves. Your service and installation team also provided outstanding customer service and deserves to be mentioned. You have a talent for hiring excellent people in a very challenging employment climate and I offer my kudos to you and your staff.
I am proud to recommend Connecticut Basements Systems and thank you for a job well done.

One of the Best jobs I had done in a long time . Great crew salesmen was great listed to my wants and knew what I said respectable crew I can not say enough great things from start to finish polite cleaned up and did not fuss about working . Have had the system for 3 years and just upgraded to the battery back-up. All of our interactions with CT Basement systems have been positive and professional.
