  Rob (Service Tech) was polite and answered all of my questions and offered advice. He was VERY efficient and even called us prior to apptmt time to confirm and asked if he could come by earlier! Also making an appointment was easy via the Office staff.

  I called due to device not working properly. They immediately scheduled an appointment for the same week. Sent me a reminder of the upcoming appointment which was courteous. The day of appointment, the device was still under warranty and was replaced right then and there. The appointment took less than 30 minutes and the tech was very nice, with great customer service. I’m very content with this company from day one. They are amazing.

  I've been a customer of CT Basement Systems for a number of years and have nothing but positive feedback. From the office personnel to the field personnel, and those in-between, all individuals I have had contact with have been professional, helpful, and excellent to work with. The field personnel have always been on time, and provide easy to understand answers to all questions. The areas they work in are always left in good condition. I have enough confidence in them that I have recommended them to family and friends.

  I had a triple safe water pump installed in my basement. Connecticut Basement Systems did a great job. The guys who installed the pump were excellent. I did face some confusion/challenges with the sales rep. He was very deceiving. I called Connecticut Basement Systems to express my feelings and concerns. Tonya D********** was a godsend! She was very thorough, caring and attentive. She raised my concerns to management and was able to resolve my issues. Customer service goes a long way and I am happy I was able to work with Tonya, because of her I will NOW definitely recommend Connecticut Basement Systems to my family and friends.

  I just purchased a home in ** ********* county with an existing CT Basement system. Calling for a service appointment was easy and the customer service team was excellent. The CT Basement field tech Prince arrived on time, professional, detailed oriented, clean work work environment and answered all our questions.

  Have now had system installed for two years and have had annual maintenance twice. The installation was done as scheduled and the quality of the work was very high. The system has performed very well - - we had water issues every time we had a heavy rain in the past, in one low area room in the basement. Maintenance has also been done as scheduled. The company does a great job of keeping us informed regarding appointments.

  Best investment for any homeowner. My basement stays dry even in “monsoon” weather. Sump pump is a comforting backup for the waterproofing. The dehumidifier that drains outside means no more emptying a little bucket all day long and my basement never has that damp musty oder. 5 stars!!!
