      I was trying to order subway through there app because it's just easier to get it how I want it but the last couple times I have tried to order the app says there closed like today it was 4:58 pm on a Tuesday 2/6/2024 but there app says they closed at 5:00 pm around dinner time. I have contacted there customer support about fixing there tim for ordering like on the Saturday that it said they were only open from 7:00 am 7:30 am but I don't know if that got fixed I guess until they fix their app I'm not getting subway

      ***** ********* purchase does not show under my Purchase history nor I ever received an email order notification.
      So my guess is that someone had access to Subway gift card system or my $50 Subway gift card was somehow stolen by whoever from ******, Subway or anyone else.
      I am sure Subway can check what store this was where 'in-store purchase' was made and check their security cameras.
      I live in Willoughby, Ohio and will gladly provide my driver's license picture if needed or anything else that may be required for me to get my $50 gift card balance back.

      My wife and I bought Subway on 1/31/2024 from the location at *** **** *** *** ***** ** *****. We had received coupons in the mail and we planned to use a coupon that gave us 2 footlong sandwiches for $12.99. When my wife arrived at the Subway, she was told both by an employee and also the manager that their Subway does not honor coupons. She was then charged ~$33 for both subs. Additionally, they messed up our orders. My order was missing pepperjack cheese and chipotle sauce, and my wife's order was missing lettuce and tomatoes. So not only did we end up paying 2.5x what we initially were to pay with the coupons, we also had faulty orders. I would like my $33 refunded and this Subway shop to be reprimanded and forced to accept coupons. Why are you all sending out coupons if you don't plan to honor them?

      I am rejecting this response because: the store has the ability to make the customer whole and the store has received the funds for the order I never received! Give me a gift card,y order or a refund. That's all I'm asking for.

      The store is not responsible for giving refunds. We have no control over the mobile or web order service. We are third party. We are only there to make the order once its received through the system. However, if the system doesn't have the order come through the system we can't make the order if we don't have it. The online/mobile service is separate from the restaurant. The store doesn't have the access to go into the system to issue refunds as we are only third-party. Sorry for the inconvenience. The online service is the onky way to resolve this issue,  not the restaurant. We have said this many times through communication.

      We understand that the location you visited
      recently was not participating in an offer, and because of that issue, your
      visit did not meet your expectations. All Subway® locations are individually
      owned and operated. Pricing, promotions and the acceptance of coupons may vary
      from location to location.  At Subway®, our goal is to meet or exceed
      expectations for every guest, every time. We know that we have let you down,
      and for that, our team at Subway® is sorry.


      We are continuously looking for ways to
      improve our restaurant experience for guests, and do appreciate your valuable
