Package has not been recieved by **** for final delivery. Pitney Bowes had picked up the item on 10/26/22 and it departed from them on same day to never be found again.

After reading through many complaints this seems to be a common occurrence and it's shameful for a company to just "lose packages" at the rate they do. Someone should investigate them for theft...or a class action suit for negligence.Business Response

I purchased a new phone for my son on 11/7/2022. With the purchase, I was to return the "trade-in" device. I used the label in the box and dropped the package off to the post office on 11/21/2022. The package was given to Pitney Bowes on 11/23/2022. There is no information in Pitney Bowes system except package was delivered on 10/7/2022. I believe the 10/7/2022 package was from my daughters insurance replacement device being returned.

I am rejecting this response because: how can the post office give a PITNEY BOWES employee the package and Pitney Bowe not know where the package is.I’ve already talked to *** executives office and they said it’s out of their hands. I’ve also contacted **** (Your **** Service Request #********) and they say it’s out of their hands.
sounds to me like a Pitney Bowes employee ceased an opportunity to steal a package.

I ordered a package on the 4th of november and it is now the 28th and there have been NO updates on the tracking since Nov 10. After calling the company as I was told to do after contacting the seller, who has no information about the package, I was basically told to go fuck myself and that “Pitney Bowes is not a customer facing company” which is laughable because of how terrible this courier service is. A package research case was opened and closed by **** on the 22nd which shows that the package is in ******* but for some reason they haven’t given it to **** yet. Order was placed on 9/14/22 and via website it says the item I ordered is basically on back order and expect the item to ship within 15-20 days. I waited the allotted time frame plus an additional 5 days to maybe see if they would email me with tracking. I reached out to them in regards to my order and they gave me the run around. The first tracking number they gave me was a false tracking number. When I reached back out to them to tell them about it they said the tracking number should update sometime that week but it never happened. I paid $272.36 for the item which were a pair of Pink Balenciaga Croc Rain Boots. I got tired of the run around and the back and forth with them so I decided it's time to take action. I have attached the item purchased from the merchant along with the emails with me reaching out to them about my item. When you call Pitney Bowes a customer service representative states they are not allowed to give us an update on our tracking and that I need to reach out to the merchant to have them call and get that information. I would just like to have my item delivered and that they stop giving me the run around.Business Response

I purchased a cardigan from *** on 11/08 for the amount of $25.78. I received my tracking information shortly after my purchase. Every few days, I would track my order and was happy to see that it would get delivered to me on the 16th via Pitney Bowes. Well, I never received my order. Their tracking states that it was delivered to me at 6:55 and that’s not true AT ALL because I was home all day on the 16th (see attached photo for reference). No one knocked on my door nor left a package. I tried numerous times to contact this company and it’s been unsuccessful. I will never shop with a company that uses this company as their shipping method. We have been trying to connect our replacement machine to no avail. We have been given multiple different case numbers. The most recent case # ******** was put in an internal investigation. A few days later I call back, still under investigation. I call back again and was told the case was closed. We have not been able to use services despite paying for the service. At this point we want to cancel but PitneyBowes wants us to pay a fee for terminating our contract before the lease is up. Frankly we would like a refund for the months we have been unable to use the machine (July 2022 - present) but at the very least we should not be required to pay an early termination fee.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:What gives Pitney Bowes the right to decide if a package will not move anyfurthe?
Customer purchased item with the expectation it will be delivered. **** did their part fulfilling the order. Seller did their part shipping the order.
It is Pitney Bowes responsibility as a logistics company to deliver that package to the customer.
A reputable company does not pick and choose what packages will or will not be delivered. The package belongs to the customer who purchased it. Move it forward to the rightful owner.
