      I have been taking surveys with them for about six years now, and whenever there is an issue, they replied to emails promptly be at with a resolution or requesting more information, and they really do show a sense of care in dealing with their clients. I will keep using their services!

      Occasional glitches with some of the surveys but, customer service has always remedied them promptly. When rewards/payouts are requested, they are redeemed almost instantly.

      I've made over $1,000 in gift cards over the past 2 years while taking surveys from e-rewards. It's fun when you're bored or hungry for compensation. I like that it's invite only, sort of exclusive. There's almost always a survey to take as well.

      Have been a member of e rewards for over a month now with a fairly good success rate on the surveys that have been posted. I do encounter surveys almost daily that take you to completion without awarding points. I enjoy doing these surveys because Im a disabled Army veteran and it keeps me busy and sharp! Have not redeemed any points as of yet. The bonus feature at the end of each week is a plus.

      I have been a member of e-Rewards for many years and do surveys. I routinely do surveys until I receive credit for one survey. Prior to writing this review I read some of the complaints. I have experienced some of the same problems that were identified in the complaints. However, when I followed up with e-Rewards customer service, the problem was resolved. So, I have no complaints. It was a frustration, but with technology there are glitches and so long as e-Rewards has a work around, I am going to continue to participate in the e-Rewards program. Overall, I am pleased with the e-Rewards program and especially with e-Rewards customer service. I would recommend this to any person who enjoy taking surveys and being rewards with points which can be used to secure gift cards. I do wish e-Rewards would increase the gift card options so there are more in which to choose, but again it is a great program.

      **************** is very good in their response and in giving the surveyor the points. Sometimes the surveys get locked causing one to give up continuing with the survey.After completing the surveys the gifts are great and easily obtained. I do enjoy doing the survey, but do get frustrated when I go through the entire survey just to find out I did not qualify. Most of the times customer service will rectify this problem. I would encourage others to do surveys to help with the products and other research.

      The survey I did had clear political bias. She would not answer my questions as to who paid for the survey to be done, and just cycled back to her script with no clear answers.
