      I had been enjoying this survey site for longer than 10 years. I use it mainly to keep my points for hotels and air travel current. So far everything works as advertised. If I ever had any issues, they were resolved promptly and to my full satisfaction. My only complain is that the rewords in points are getting more and more stingier. At the same time the time to complete it is getting longer and longer. I am not sure how long will I stay with this survey because of that.

      Enjoy completing the surveys and providing feedback. Most surveys are well constructed; a few are long or poorly written, making it difficult on occasion to understand to what I being asked to respond. **************** is quick to correct (rare) situations where points are not awarded after survey completion.

      Look, youre getting paid for expressing an opinion, I dont think ******** does that. For the most part this all works well, there are always some glitches with surveys or technology, but the key is they respond to those issues when brought to their attention.Yes, the surveys can take you all the way through and then say dont qualify, but they are the exception, not the rule. The rewards choices are good and fair, so except for a few hiccups now and then, all good ????

      I'm a longtime survey client. E-Rewards needs to take their surveys themselves to make sure they operate correctly. SaySo surveys were the latest snafus. Allowing only five 0.2 points per day for incomplete surveys is being a cheapskate given the effort to qualify. I have had no other issues with E-Rewards.

      Shady company. Even the most basic search will show they are invading peoples peace unsolicited phone calls. I'm a member of several survey sites that allow me the opportunity and potential of having my voice heard and influencing product development. I am currently a member two dozen or more of these platforms. Frequently the name of Dynata will come up as a provider of a survey. It is this company and this company alone that I always get error messages from after wasting 20 minutes of my life or longer. I finally had enough when I was offer a 10 minute survey that dragged on for almost an hour and a half while I thought it was going to end after every question. After wasting my entire free time for the evening they kicked me out of the survey on the last page. My efforts were simply thrown in the garbage. I don't need to be told about giving thoughtful answers and all other factors that might qualify or disqualify someone taking a survey. I know all of these things. And common sense should tell anyone that a person who spends an hour and a half on a survey is giving thoughtful answers and if you were ******* through it you would be kicked out during the first *************** the first place. I am making this complaint simply to tell anyone involved in this company or with this company in any capacity that they better keep an eye out on these people because they are engaged in shady activities and cannot be trusted. They have no values and will take advantage of you at the earliest opportunity. I also noticed they are not registered here. Most respectful enterprises Will be recognized by the Better Business Bureau. In general a company that is not recognized by the BBB was either rejected by this well established regulatory agency or they didn't even apply because they knew they would be rejected. If you're dealing with this company tread carefully. If they are destroying the peace in your home with phone calls know that you can put them on a no call list.

      I enjoy doing most of the surveys and the rewards are fair. I had an instance where I completed an entire survey but was then told I did not qualify . I informed them of this incident and was awarded points quickly. Overall I am satisfied .

      OK as far as a Survey Site goes these guys do a reasonable job! Are they perfect NO! But are they acceptable and responsive when an issue does arrive they respond and usually within ***** hours not bad considering what we are dealing with are not life and death situations. So far after doing well over 100 surveys and saving a bundle of money on gas (I use my rewards to get a discount on ********* through their Fuel Rewards Program, I am not displeased at all.Surveys are both interesting and can also be boring and repetitive, but this company does not write the surveys their customers do.If I had one major complaint it would be that sometimes the qualification for the survey takes too long in order to accept or disqualify you from going further. Again not their fault. I have had two situations where I spent over 10 minutes on what was supposed to be a 15 - 20 minute survey and then I was disqualified. I wrote to their support team and they resolved the issue to my satisfaction. The rewards are reasonable in my opinion you can always want more but before you start you know what you are getting into time wise. Also the surveys are always in the blind and the companies that are doing the surveys are not privy to your personal information other than the demographic info you answer in the survey.Overall I give them a Positive Review of 4 Stars.

      Although there are occasional problems they are usually quickly resolved. All in all I am happy with my survey participation.
