      I have been doing surveys with them for a long time. Enjoy doing them, sometimes get some very interesting and fun surveys to answer. My only complaint is when I finish a survey that I get told that i dont qualify. If i finished then it is too late to say I dont qualify. They get all of my responses and I get their partial credit. That is just not fair. Each time I contact them and complain and I get the correct credit. But I shouldnt have to do this. If I finish then I should get the credit. Maybe they decide that they dont need my answers for some reason. That is up to them, but if I put in the time and finish the survey then I should get the credit. It should be as simple as that.

      I have worked with this company since almost their start. Yes, they have had growing pains. But, every time I have sent in a suggestion or request it was truly appreciated. One of the best features is when a ticket is opened, you work with the same agent. Other companies it maybe 8 agents working on the same ticket without reading the previous agents suggestions. I only wish all surveys have all qualification qualification questions at the beginning of the survey not at the end. Bottom line this is a very reputable company.

      I have been a long time survey taker with Dynata and I am finding that I spend a lot of time each day trying to answer surveys and getting nowhere. On a 20 minute survey I might spend 15 minutes giving valuable information only to be told at the last minute that I do not qualify. I am also concerned that it is too easy for someone to know exactly who I am because of the preliminary questions asked. A birthdate, zip code, gender, race, and income can pretty much pinpoint who I am. Sometimes those questions have nothing to do with the subject matter of the survey. The other problem concerns the rewards because most of them are for things I cannot use. Not only are some of the stores not anywhere close to where I live but even if I buy airline miles it takes so many to use for a round trip ticket that it would take several years to buy enough for a trip.I do enjoy some of the surveys and I will continue to do them.

      I have been doing surveys with Dynata for many years. Once I learned that I could earn points for ************** my interest increased. I have found Choice to be my favorite hotel group to book rooms with. So I am very motivated to do surveys and earn credits toward more travel. I have noticed a new tendency for more qualification questions and then being told you don't qualify or the survey is closed. I recently complained after answering questions for about 15 minutes and then being disqualified. Dynata corrected this situation and gave me points. So I will continue to do surveys with them.

      I have taken many surveys through them and used the rewards and have had few problems. If I notify them of a problem, they take care of it quickly.

      This survey site is responsive and maintains an active staff to deal with irregularities. There are many technical glitches that occur due to the wide diversity of survey companies sending in their various surveys. The staff routinely researches the problems and always does what's right to award points where appropriate.

      You have to work pretty hard to accumulate points and some surveys are glitchy as h*** You'l get all the way to the end (or close to) and it will kick you out and say that enough responses have been collected on this survey, then get no credit. This is especially frustrating when you spend more than 20 minutes on a survey and don't get credit. I report all surveys that do this and also ones that I complete and somehow don't receive credit. The E-rewards support team is pretty good about restoring credit when you report them, but you need to make notes of all surveys you take and the point values.

      I've been doing e-rewards on and off for over 15 years. While there seems to be a wide range in the amount of reward given for the length of the survey, it all seems to average out in the end. I've done many surveys that took over 15 minutes for a $1 to $1.50 reward but I've also done many ***** minute surveys that awarded $4 to $5 in e-rewards. Lately, in the past year or so, it seems like I've done a lot of surveys in which I've invested 20 minutes or more time, and come what seems to be the end of the survey, only to get a message that the survey has been closed. Whenever that has happened, I've contacted the support team and they have been very quick to respond and award me whatever the reward was for the "closed" survey. Overall, I think e-rewards has been a good way for me to give my opinion on a wide variety of things and get rewarded for my time.

      I have done surveys for years and while I admit the surveys are longer and worth fewer points and you only get an insignificant pay for not qualifying and even then only 5 times so some days you get only 1 point. I am very pleased that they respond very quickly to problems with surveys and are generous to give you credit when you complete or almost complete a survey and they then give you no credit. I enjoy doing the surveys and the Rewards are meaningful and helpful! I will continue to participate!
