      I started taking surveys about 10 years ago and Ive always been able to use my rewards for travel and coffee with no problems. Many years ago customer services took some time to resolve problems. In the last year, the technical support has been flawless and and issues have been resolved in the same day. Ive given them KUDOS for their response which seems to improve all the time.

      *** had issues with some surveys. They would let me do the entire survey, some of which were over 30 minutes, and would close the survey without the reward. The message would be like sorry we closed the survey EARLY because you dont qualify. However, whenever I contacted customer service they would resolve the issue in a prompt manner. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the above mentioned issues. All in all Im very happy with this service.

      Surveys have gotten ridiculous. have gotten several $1.00 surveys that have taken up to 20 minutes to complete.

      Overall I've enjoyed my experience with E-Rewards. The surveys are generally interesting even though some of them are fairly long. The payment is lower than other survey sites but I don't get screened out of many so I don't waste as much time as other sites. I've rarely had issues and when I did have an apparent technical error freeze a survey recently customer service responded promptly and satisfactorily.

      I have been doing surveys for Dynata for many years and have received many rewards from companies I use. Anytime I have an issue or problem I email them, they respond quickly and take care of the issue. Fun way to make your opinions count.

      E-rewards started with me when I got an invitation on a receipt from a store(video store) that is no longer available. At first, I was hesitant at first and started enjoying filling out surveys, collecting points for awesome rewards. I will definitely keep using e-rewards cause I like saving money or to treat myself.

      E-rewards is a fun way to earn gift cards to various businesses.Granted at times there may be problems with a survey but they are quick to address any problems and make good!!I wish e-rewards would find new dining opportunities to explore like Popeyes or similar.
