      I've been a member for many years and have never had any issues with them. I recently had a small problem that was fixed within 1 day. In order to redeem my points, they wanted to send a confirmation code to my phone but the number I had listed was outdated. I contacted them about it and they responded the next day and let me change my number and I got the confirmation code and my points.

      I am fairly new to doing surveys and have been doing them for a few months now. Yes some of the surveys you get all the way through them only to be told that you were not apart of the group they were looking for without any points but many of them work exactly as they are supposed to. I have had no issues with cashing out with the gift cards and if any issue does come up I email them and they are quick to reply and resolve the issue. I was skeptical at first doing surveys thinking it was just a scam but this company is legit and will continue to use them as long as possible.

      Excellent research company. I fill out surveys quite often. Cashing in points for gift cards is awesome. Almost all the surveys are fun to be apart of. Definitely glad I am part of this.

      For the most part I like the site and doing the surveys. As others have mentioned, it is annoying to finish a survey and then get a message that it is closed early and I am not getting the points that were offered. Since I have already reached the end, that means that whoever is doing the survey did get their responses from me and I should get the points that were offered. After issuing a complaint about this, they pretty much always give me the points, with the message that I really didn't qualify or some such message. If I finish the survey, then in my mind I qualified. I like the surveys, like the rewards, like the amount of time it takes. If I only didn't have to ask for the points I have earned, their rating would be higher.

      Love taking surveys. Keeps my brain sharp . get to learn a lot from different topics. Love their customer care reps. **** are always very helpful and supportive. Love the rewards associated with the surveys. Time well spent.

      I've been doing surveys for them for over 10 years. There were some difficulties when they changed their procedures and they required I.D., etc. The customer service for that event was not good. In general, once you adjust to their everyday customer service style, you can get what you need. Overall, it's good and I love the gift cards I earn. The companies offered are things I use: ********** Target, Olive ******* I hope I can do surveys for them for a long time.

      I have been doing surveys for 10 years now. I have been able to accrue points to pay for everyday items and also for gifts and gift cards. I enjoy being a part of the process that helps shape companies perspective on what people purchase and think. Some of the survey questions ask about political topics, items you would or would not purchase and your opinion on many other items. The last couple of years they have changed the way they are paying and they are definitely not paying as generous as they have been. On many of the surveys I will get half way through and then the survey will say that I am not an appropriate candidate for the topic , then I get no payment at all for my time, which to me is not right. There have also been many times that I have fully completed a survey and then get no credit at all. I have to contact them and they have to investigate whether I did or did not finish the survey and then I may or may not get credit. It has really become quite a hassle and sometimes I think about not participating anymore because I should not have to struggle for payment when I am putting forth my effort.
