      I have been taking surveys with this company for many years. Sometimes the surveys will close for unknown reasons, but I have always gotten great service from their troubleshooters. They take the time to research the issue and, if warranted, will ***** any missed points.

      I have done surveys here for 15 years and the site is legit. I earn 2000 ff miles each month. There are problems from time to time since the surveys are created by outside sources. The staff always corrects for those instances when you get slammed by some automated glitch. They do a good job keeping things fair.

      I read the reviews before I wrote this. I just haven't had these problems. If there is a discrepancy with points and I contact them it is handled pleasantly and quickly. I enjoy the gift cards and in our current economy they definitely come in handy. I know people who are trying to get on this site and haven't been able. I'm totally happy with e-Rewards.

      I have been a member of E-rewards reviews and surveys since 2016. I have enjoyed my participation in these surveys, and if and when a problem does arise, the **************** Team always response promptly, with a detailed explanation of the problem resolution.

      Having just read the complaints from users of Dynata LLC, I count myself among the lucky ones who have never experienced such difficulties. There have been occasions when I have had to contact the company about missing points but it has always resolved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Dynata LLC and am always happy to complete its survey invitations.

      Too much time is often spent on qualification or disqualification as it were. It often seems that the surveys end up taking way more time to complete than suggested. And when long time qualification takes place only to get thrown out, it leads to disinterest. If this continues, I think you may begin to receive inaccurate data from participants as they hurry thru the surveys because they lack confidence in whether or not they will receive credit.

      I have had a fine experience with the company. I like doing the surveys and getting the points for rewards. It has been well worth my time for many years. I have earned points mostly for air travel and have been able to travel several times simply on rewards I receive. Great program!

      e-Rewards is for someone who is not in a hurry and has time they can devote to it. I've experienced a multitude of frustrations but I give Dynata great credit for almost always responding to my numerous complaints in a satisfactory manner. All too often it seems companies ask questions to get the responder's personal information then will abruptly close the survey with no reward being offered, a circumstance which truly aggravates me. There are usually what I would call qualifying questions in many of the surveys that should appear up front but often do not. If you give the wrong answer to one of those questions, which frequently inquire about in what industry you are employed, then the survey closes and you get no reward. I can see the justification in asking such questions regarding most surveys but these qualifying questions should show up long before I have wasted so much time giving other answers and sharing my personal information. Either that or I should receive a token partial reward for the time I have spent answering questions.
