      I've been a member for a little over a year. If you complete a survey and don't get credit; simply contact Customer Support and explain the problem and they will credit your account. It's best to provide as much information as possible, such as how many points, the time and date you finished the survey and the link (if possible). I love being a member receiving gift cards for a grocery store and some very good restaurants.

      This survey Company provides surveys to members who can earn rewards for completing them. Although some surveys are requested by their clients who basically control the questions there are issues when a survey is near completion and the taker is informed they do not qualify, which should have been determined much earlier in the survey process. DYNATA is extremely fair in rewarding full or partial credit to the taker for their time and effort. Their **************** ******************** has been outstanding in their response to this issue which "not qualified" is determined not by them but in the requested survey design by their clients.

      Well it started like this for me i have a Back Problem and its Hard For me to get by Getting things i whant and need so now i m Doing Surveys it Helps me Allot But some time it seem Hard to Get Good Surveys i Can Qualify for Points But in All of this thanks for trying to Help me and Keep the Good Helping We Need

      About 75% at least of recent surveys have had issues. I have been a member for many years and these problems only started recently. I have to pay better attention at the start on the points and the subject of each survey since I have to report them so I can receive those particular points which they do give me. Lately there have been so many on 1-1.5 points I haven't bothered to report them all. Aggravating on lengthy surveys of 30 minutes or more that at the very end after receiving notice of completion, also getting a not qualified for the survey.

      Ive always enjoyed completing the surveys and earning the various rewards. Recently I changed my cell phone number. I had forgotten that ones cell number was used to verify for rewards. I contacted customer service. Within 24 hours I had a response. Sent in the additional info requested and the next day my account was updated. And I printed out my next reward. **************** was very helpful and prompt. Thanks for all your help.

      I have been a web prospectives panelist for many years and have been satisfied overall. The length and quality of the surveys are overall acceptable. Usually I complete the survey in the timeframe that is estimated. I am satisfied with the rewards system. The only issue I have is with the longer surveys. The rewards should better reflect the time spent on the longer surveys. I recently had an issue accessing the surveys and the support response was quick and efficient.

      Reward system should be based on %% amount of answered questions in survey. In recent years it became common to disqualify participants after over 90% of questions were answered. I think this type of policy is turning away potential participants.

      I've been doing the surveys for a long time. Once in a while, I spent so much time but at the end I was not given the point saying that I was not in the appropriate group. Times like these, I raised the issue with the panel. They reviewed my account activities and awarded me appropriate points for the time I was doing survey. I really appreciate the responsiveness of the panel. I will continue doing survey for this company for as long as they want me. THANK YOU for your support.
