      Everything has been great! 4 stars, because the app is slow on loading survey pages. Website works better for me.I've had a few surveys I didn't get credit for.Customer service found the *********************** and gave me credit for them.Excellent customer service!

      I have been a member of the e-Rewards opinion panel for many years (probably more than 15, but I don't keep track). They are a legitimate company and I enjoy taking the surveys. Occasionally their system would run into some technical issues but if I take the time to submit a report, they are usually very responsive and helpful. A few years ago, their system decided to ban me for whatever reason and I was shut out from all surveys, even though nothing about me had changed. After I reported it, the Support Team was able to resolve the matter. Once in a while, after I completed a survey and was thanked by the system, the same system would error out or give me a message that I had disqualified and the survey was not appropriate for me. Years ago, the Support Team would brush aside my report but I have to say in the last 5 years or so, they have mostly responded favorably, crediting me for the points because I did complete the survey (especially in cases where I manage to take a screen capture, which is not always possible). I am generally happy being a member of e-Rewards and do recommend them.

      I've been a member of e-Rewards since 2016 and have always had positive experiences. Occasionally a survey might stop functioning before it reached completion, and the Support Team would make sure I received full credit. They are very responsive and professional. e-Rewards is a business model to be emulated.

      I have been doing surveys for less than one year. So far so good I have not had any hard technical issues. If you have a problem, they always fix it. The support team is responsive, and they help when surveys close early because a technical issue with the survey.

      I have been a member of e-rewards since 2014 and was surprised to find that the method of receiving rewards after completing a survey had changed to the recipient's determinant. However, whenever I have not received the survey rewards to which I had been entitled by letting them know, I would always receive a response the next day, correcting the error. The surveys provided are very diverse and for the most part quite interesting. Keep up the good work!

      The surveys are interesting and the rewards are reasonable. If you have a problem (which doesn't happen often ) the customer service is excellent. I have dropped a couple of survey groups after a few months because they weren't great to work with but I have been with Web Perspectives for years. I love earning free gift cards for my ebook purchases.

      I joined E Rewards years ago and enjoy the experience of taking their surveys and getting rewards. Highly recommend joining this survey group. I recently had a problem redeeming an award and a customer service representative told me what to do. Problem solved. I will continue being a member for a long, long time.

      I had a problem getting into my jet opinions account and couldn't find a number to contact them. My husband sent a message and by the next day I was contacted and my problems were fixed.
