      I started an account and in August, I have missed funds from finishing surveys. I have sent 3 emails and I have not heard anything back. I finally made $12.35 but when I try to get the $10 giftcard I receive an error message that I have to wait 72 hours. I tried to reach out about my issue but I have yet to hear back from the company.

      E-Rewards, an online survey panel site is now a part of Dynata. As with others, I have now been locked out of my account and have apparently lost **** dollars in survey points. This is because I refuse to take a photo of myself and also my drivers license and submit these online to a third party identity verification company. I've done these surveys for years and have no issues with text verification, 2 party identification etc, but submitting sensitive personal information to a third party company for this? Seems illegitimate and foolish. Also, this change was enacted with no notification to panel members, which is apparently allowed according to their fine print. Something smells fishy. I have spent hours doing online surveys, EARNING this money, and ****, I no longer have access to it or to my account. This requirement to submit sensitive personal identification to a third party with poor reviews is absolutely unacceptable, and this was never before a requirement. Recently the company announced a website "upgrade" without significant changes to participants, yet this new "identity verification" was, at some point and without notice (as allowed as per their fine print), introduced and forced on participants. If notification had been sent prior, potentially many would have left the forum, and redeemed their awards before doing so. The company knowingly allowed participants to work for them doing surveys, then refused to pay out when people resisted providing sensitive identification documentation to them.

      I signed up for the Opinion ********** with ****** Airlines some time back with the promised of earning ****** Miles for completing surveys.For about half of the surveys, I spend **** minutes answering questions and am told I don't qualify for that survey, and am told to try another. For spending this time, I am not awarded any miles and just wasted my time. This company should offer a minimum number of miles for answering as many questions as we do to see if we qualify OR have fewer qualification questions to not waste our time. I'm almost ready to bag it and leave.Let's see if anyone from Dynata responds.SJ

      This company now requires panelists to share personal information in the form of a driver's license or other ID with Veriff in order to received earned payout. This is terrible practice and a violation of privacy. Veriff is not a trustworthy company. I chose to close my account due to this but needed to share this information for anyone else considering using their panels.

      This company is a joke. They locked me out of my account and are trying to force me into sending over copies of my ID, Passport and selfies to prove I am who I say I am. Meanwhile they STILL HAVE YET TO PAY ME. This company is a load of c*** They would rather sit there and pocket money than other people worked for and cause problems. Their customer service representatives are incompetent. I can only imagine what the owner of the company must be like to even hire people who cant read properly. Probably doesnt properly screen their employees to busy asking participants to send over documentation. I hope this fraud of a company gets shut down for s******* people out of money and time.

      Got locked out of my account with money to cash out. Was told I was speeding through questions. Bi guess their theory is if you go slow there will be no errors. No prior warning to slow down. I asked for my money and no response yet.Also I don't qualify for a lot of the surveys and some I get almost done and then it will say the survey is full. It is like they are getting my data for free I asked nicely to reinstate my account and customer service said no.***************************************** *********** **

      You spend time answering and completing questions, both pre-qualifying questions and more pre-qualifying questions, and then ****, it ends even after 15 minutes of answering questions (they say its only 5 or 10 minutes!), either disqualified, or session has timed out, After! Completing the survey and hitting the Submit button. This has happened more than 5 times.CHEATERS!

      At first I was excited to start filling my free time with completing surveys. However, it was alot harder for me to complete surveys since i was always getting kicked out halfway through the survey saying "survey is full". I now am banned from taking surveys because they said "i am too fast" i am being punished for being a very fast reader. the answers are as simple as "strongly agree, strongly disagree." Etc, so when I read the question I am able to quickly select my answer. Getting banned for having comprehensive skills is ridiculous and not right. I have never cheated in taking their surveys and now I am being punished.

      The first couple of weeks I was able to take the surveys without any issues, than at the end of the surveys it would give me errors signs. I started to dispute the 0 points with clear evidence of finishing the surveys but majority of the time Branded rejected my dispute, even though i showed proof. Now a month later they have locked me out of my account without any explanation. I am unable to cash out my points which I clearly earned. This site is untrustworthy. please stay clear of it.

      I am retired, so doing these surveys was something to fill the time. They are very repetitive, but some are actually fun to take and informative to products and services I was not aware of. That said, I had to complain several times on surveys that suddenly ended after spending so much time answering questions. Most of the time they gave me my points back and resolved the issue. On my 4th or 5th complaint though they said they could not find the record of my survey and directed me to file another complaint through their website.Hours later I was sent an email with this message:" **************** (Branded Surveys)Mar 28, 2023, 8:08 PM PDT Hello *** ***** you for reaching out to Branded Surveys. Your account was systematically flagged due to failing one or more security checks. Our system actively ensures a valid community of engaged members. Unfortunately, we have determined that your account is not in good standing. As such, you will no longer be able to participate as a member of our community.***** you,******"So, I replied and asked them what I was flagged for and that I did not lie on an of the many surveys I took over the past 3 weeks. Then just a little while they sent me this:" **************** (Branded Surveys)Mar 29, 2023, 10:09 AM PDT Unfortunately this flag is permanent and your points are not available for redemption.***** you,******"This is not the way to do business. I was not even asking about the points and compensation I was owed; I just wanted to know why was I flagged and locked out. Even with the frustrating survey boots, I was still enjoying doing them. I am upset to be thought of dishonest on perhaps something that might be an misunderstanding in filling out one of their surveys. To be cutoff with no explanation is not how you deal with anyone that spent time helping your business out.
