      Signed up yesterday and that it was a great site. Used it all day today then tonight I tried to cash out and it say oops likes like you're unable to participate in our surveys. Seems awfully convenient that they want to lock me out when I want to cash out.

      Keeps calling and when they don't like my answers they hang up half way through. And then the next day they call again it starts all over. I have asked why they hung up they day before. But they hang up. It is crazy. I have tried calling the 866 number. I keep getting a busy signal.

      Every time I try to take a survey it kicks me out and says I do not qualify or that the survey is full I'm having a hard time logging back in after I leave and it just keeps asking me for more and more personal information

      After hours and hours of honest work and cashing out my credits two or three times without issue, my account was suspended for no reason. I reviewed the *** and TOS and confirmed that I had not broken any of the rules stated, so I reached out to QT support for assistance with my account, since I have funds attached to it that I am unable to access now. They were completely unhelpful and only gave a vague and generic response that my account had "been flagged for multiple violations." So now they get to keep the money I've earned without any justification.

      The site seemed okay at first but lately Ive been doing tons of surveys and a bunch of them end with the survey filled up quickly after you complete a survey. So they get the credit of collecting all my data and answers but dont pay out for completion by saying they reached their quota of answers. If they have a quota of respondents they should tell you before you start the survey and not after you spent a ton of time completing it. Their customer service doesnt help you either when you inquire.

      As others, I took time and truthfully took surveys and on branded elite list earned and maintained Gold status. Surveys did often disqualify just before the end and often couldnt complete because lost connection or bad URL. Still made some money and cash outs- then all stopped. No surveys, couldnt cash out. Account $10.81 so valid. In third attempt sent to support return message noted account flagged for one or more security failures and account not in good standing. Cannot redeem points or further participate. Do NOT recommend. Ok for 5+ months and now seems like scam.

      I took the time to fill out many surveys honestly and accumulated a decent amount of points. Then the surveys just stopped and I could no longer participate in them. I went to cash my points out and the redeem button is missing from the page. I sent an email to them but no one answered me back.

      The company spoofs a local number, probably to increase the likelihood the call will be answered, while the caller is located in another state or country. This does nothing to inspire trust. Misleading business practices are a hallmark of unethical companies.

      stay away the site works well for a few months, then suddenly every sucessful survey I completed in the last 3+ weeks, "sorry not a match' they are in fact creating this problem and can (but won't) fix it...they are making money and then not paying US the survey taker...they must be low on earnings and/or they are greedy and want to be a scruge and take it all. BE CAUTIOUS - its a game of cat and mouse...when its working no issues, then WHAM its not with no explainations

      After reaching Gold Member status, my account was abruptly shut down. I have tried to reach them for 3 days. Nothing. I see others have had similar issues. What a waste of time and effort. Unfortunately, there is no zero star rating. But this is my true survey for Branded Surveys: 0
