      This company is horrible. After giving months of my time doing their surveys, just when I'm ready to cash out for giftcard I receive an error message. They conveniently decided to suspend my account - with no reason given. After attempts to find out why, they still evade my question. Must be nice that they get paid from companies to have people do their surveys - and then they refuse to pay out for our time and services. STAY AWAY from this company.

      Just spent the better part of the day Trying to take these surveys, getting halfway of almost all the way through, only to have them tell me I either wasnt qualified or that the survey had filled up. What a Colossal waste of time. They need to tell you Before you start the d*mn survey if its Full or not. Unbelievable.

      Same thing as many other complaints-- keep calling and will not stop. My next move will be to call the sheriff every time I get a call. Maybe they can stop this harassment!! The star rating should be in a minus format

      They are dishonest. They will freshly post a survey, let you do the ENTIRE survey, and then say "survey full", or "unable to record your participation" This happens even at 3 am. It happens so frequently that they MUST be aware of the issue. I have lost many points and time (which only G-d can give me more of) due their dishonesty. The only reason they get a single star is that they pay immediately at cashout. An honest company would tell u a survey is full BEFORE as u start to take it, not after you have spent time completing it. Even if they go over their quota by a few surveys would it be so terrible as u spent the time and effort.

      They literally banned my Account the first time I registered with them, I send them an email and they said that "I failed to answer the trick questions" and I was reading carefully the questions, I sent them an email but they said the same thing, I think they copied and pasted the answer, so I just ignore them and requested to delete my account...I decided to create another account at and I just did a few surveys, and they just ban my Account for nothing, If yall going to behave like that don't expect to have 5 stars in "Costumer Review Rating"

      This site and business is a scam. I wasted part of a day setting up an account and completing surveys, many of which took **** minutes of questioning before being told I didn't qualify for them. By the end of the first day I did build up enough points to be paid $5.52, but I waited to log in the 2nd day to do more surveys and get paid. Big mistake! On the 2nd day, when I tried to log in, the web site told me that I could no longer participate in surveys (identical to many reviews I now see on this BBB site). Furthermore, even though I can see my point total, the site will not allow me to get paid. I didn't receive any helpful information when contacting the business. What a waste of time! Also, when trying to delete the account so they wouldn't have any of the provided information, I get the same error messages and cannot proceed to do that action. Scam, Scam, Scam! How is this place still legally in business?

      This Company has called me many times to do a "survey" I have told them never to call me again, that I do not want to participate. They continue to call. I will pursue legal action if this continues. They deserve no stars at all, but your form forces me to leave at least one.

      For no reason at all dynata suspended my account on quickthoughts saying I had multiple rule violations which is not true and they won't give me access to my account and I would like to do surveys again.

      You get a one star one I did survey when I wanted to cash put I choose apple gift card . Apparently you send me the wrong code . I even called ape customer service and they said it was a zero nothing on card . I have all proof. The second time is Amazon gift card . The code doesn't work I have all the proof in the world. It doesn't make sense that I have to fight with people that can't do their job right. Or would help in anyway. There only one survey that I found that pays . This one nope. Its too many headache why because I only started about a half of a month or so. Just so I can used the gift card for something I need. But no . I don't understand this company. I have emailed this company too many time and you know what they told me they payout and all the code work but apparently not for me or I wouldn't be here.

      Like others I had my account frozen in the spring without warning even though I have conscientiously completed surveys for years without compliant. I am given no redress options as Dynata doesn't seem interested in dialogue so now I have to find the correct agency to report them to in the hopes this stops and that I get rectification. Go some good advice from the Department of Justice and am looking at continuing in the direction to get some justice.
