      Last year, they did fix a problem for me, but I had billing issues with them and they were rude when I complained. Now, they are calling me continuously, but I have been able to block them on my phone. Don't do business with them!

      Worst company to ever worked for. They don't pay you right and the will fire you for anything. I was currently working for them and they kicked me off stating that I falsely surveys, which was not true. If you're having problems with your shift they will not respond in a timely manner.

      This company keeps calling even after I have told them over 5 times to take me off of their calling list. They ignore my request and keep reading their script. What a waste!

      The sent me a survey to do and said I would receive an Amazon gift card. Should have came here first to read the complaints. They said it would take 4-6 weeks for electronic delivery. It's been 8 weeks now. Two emails asking where the gift card might be-- no response. Don't waste your time with this ******** company. They take your survey answers and never send their reward. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

      I spend my time daily trying to get their surveys done but people just don't like being bothered so they just feel like they can be cruel and write people off. They constantly lie like I'm not doing my job when I am. Yesterday I was logged out my shift because they said I wasn't dialing but I was and their system kept freezing. They block my microphone. Keep saying I won't see shifts moving forward but I still do. This place is sad cause what if this is the only job someone has and they don't care. Like come on

      It wasn't until after I reached out to support that they informed me that they suspended my account on Quick Thoughts for suspicious activity. When I asked them for details on suspicious activity they are seeing on my account( because like many other reviews here, I didn't do anything suspicious according to their terms and agreements) , they just said there was suspicious activity and they had no choice but to suspend my account. They wrongfully suspended my account and will not provide clear communication.

      representative refused to give me company name and so i am also reporting to FTC for fraudulent behavior.
