      Too many small rewards and a lot of technical issues and missing survey credit after fully completing surveys has reduced my joy in taking surveys on e- rewards. I spend more time writing to customer service trying to clear up errors and technical issues.

      Had a small problem with not getting credit for a survey I completed so I contacted E-rewards team and in only a few minutes I heard back from them and shortly thereafter they found the problem and corrected it. The team members are very professional and willing to go above and beyond to help.

      Over the past year, this firm has chosen to associate with certain survey aggregators (specifically ************ *** ********) that are dishonest in their dealings with us panelists. I have lodged detailed complaints with Dynata about this, but they persist in maintaining these, which are profitable to Dynata, but which degrade panelists' experience greatly.

      ANOTHER 5-STAR REVIEW I have written reviews for Dynata/e-Rewards in the past but another interaction I had recently with a customer service representative by the name of Psalm has inspired me to write again. Psalm’s outstanding member service skills and efficacy in resolving my issue stands out among even the best of survey companies in the marketplace today. Dynata/e-Rewards is one of the few legitimate online companies that stands behind their commitment to excellence by providing quality member services for their panelists. I would know because I’ve been a panelist with them since May 2006. Congratulations, Psalm, and kudos to Dynata for having the foresight to hire such an exemplary employee.

      I have been with e-Rewards for a long long time. The one thing I appreciate about them is that when I put in a request for help because of my survey freezing up or something not going right they respond in a positive way. I make a habit sometimes of doing screenshots of the surveys so that if something goes wrong, I have a record of them. But I appreciate the promptness in which they respond and sending me correspondence through the email so that I can keep seeing the progress that they are doing as they try to pinpoint the issue and I hope that the Survey Company will continue to do that as my husband and I are retired these valuable points help with groceries for the most part that I can use to cash out and supplement our Social Security income as prices of everything continue to go up so again thank you!

      WHY DO YOU KEEP ASKING FOR REVIEWS AND DON'T MAKE IMPROBEMENTS TO YOUR SURVEY'S EVERY SUNDAY I NOTICED THEY OFFER TONS OF SURVEY AND THEY TOOK AWAY YOUR DATA AND ALL INFORMATIONS BUT DON'T GIVE YOU ANY REWARDS. CAN YOU STOP THIS KIND OF SURVEY AND LET SOMEONE MONITOR THE SURVEYS YOU OFFERED.

      Enjoy taking the varied surveys. Very straightforward process. Surveys are all over the board on topics. If an issue arises with an individual survey, i.e., points are not given, Dynata always quickly handles the issue fairly. If it appears that the point assigned to a survey isn't "fair", just don't do the survey. Once you take a few surveys you can quickly assess which companies are fair; and ones that are not and to avoid.
