      I enjoy taking their surveys. In my opinion reviews from folks will help out businesses and others. I have not qualified for countless surverys and I believe the reasons are varied, age, skin color, level of education and locality. I have had issues for not been granted points for a survey(s) which took me, many times, 20 to 30 minutes to complete. Having contacted their custome service center, they were gracious enough to provide said points. I don't take their surverys merely for the money. Rest assured you wn't get rich.

      Have been doing business with E-Rewards for at least 10 years. Never had a problem they did not solve quickly and efficiently. As a point of interest, any problems I have had were never because of the survey site. Usually the company that produced the survey had a problem.Try them, you won't regret it

      While it was a good site it has been going downhill over the past year. Quite often you can complete a survey only to find out you arent getting any points because the survey has ended or you were the type of person that they were looking for or the survey reset while you were taking it or you didnt qualify or you just get sent back to the home page for no reason. At least twice a week points are not added to your account for completed ***********************. So expect to be wasting a lot of time some days for few rewards

      I have been participating in the survey process that Dynata LLC (d/b/a) e-rewards sponsors for nearly a year and have found their service to be both interesting and rewarding. In the very few instances in which there have been technical issues, the companys customer service staff has resolved the issue very quickly. I would definitely recommend them as a core go to place for those interested in sharing their opinions through the survey process.

      I had an issue with being able to download a Reward Gift Certificate. I completed the on-line **************** form and received a reply email within a few hours. After resetting my account I was able to download my Gift Certificate.

      Ive been a member of this interesting survey company over 12 years positive experiences. It will sometimes be testing a product to measuring soap on a scale for washing machine.
