      I have been with Think Energy for 3 or 4 years and have not had a single issue with them except that it is sometimes difficult to communicate with them as I often have to wait for them to answer the phone. The online chat does not work at all.

      Think energy saves me money every month!!! I still pay AEP JUST LIKE I ALWAYS HAVE. I DONT UNDERSTAND THE PEOPLE LEAVE RATEING ABOUT THINK AND PAYMENTS???? THINK ENERGY DOESN'T TAKE PAYMENTS. INPAY AEP.

      The savings is great and the free energy club has alowed us to get an additional 40% off our monthly bill.
      I would recommend this to anyone who wants to save money on their monthly electric usage.
