      Can I leave less than a 1 star? They stink. They aren't even in my area according to the website. They wouldn't stop calling me after I asked them too. They rudely hung up on me when i refused to give them all my background info for them to check my address again (they insisted the area might have changed in a day) and when I called back to talk to a manager, they refused to let me talk to one without giving name, address, phone number , and email. WTH do they need all that for so I can tell them their customer service sucks! RUDE company. Don't use them!

      Spectrum is the worst cable company in the nation. No wonder they are not BBB accredited. I was just informed that they do not prorate service for a partial month. They charged my payment method for service from 4/9 to 5/9 even though I cancelled the service on 4/15 because we moved out of state. They refused to credit the remaining days, so I'm paying for service that has been cancelled. Ridiculous.

      I am writing to follow up on a recent matter regarding my closed account and the removal of equipment. After closing my account, I returned all the necessary equipment as per the guidelines provided.
      During this process, I inquired about the removal of several wires that are currently attached to the exterior of my home. I was provided with a phone number to assist with this concern. However, upon calling the number, I was informed by the representative that due to my account being closed, the removal of these wires could not be facilitated.
      I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this outcome, as these wires are not only unsightly but also serve no purpose for me. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and would appreciate any assistance you could provide to arrange for the removal of the wires.

      Spectrum removed two channels without due compensation to me. I still have to pay the same price. They do this constantly. I've called them about this and you get nowhere. Their biggest concern is their profits and not customer satisfaction.

      We started with the lowest promotional value which we did not know included an additional cost for a phone line. When the promotional period ended, we paid an additional $25 a month without knowing we had bundled in a phone line for YEARS. We do not even have a phone jack in our house. I mean, thousands of dollars over the years and the only answer was the the promotion ended and the cost had gone up for services over the years. They offered us $11 in compensation. Not illegal, but absolutely underhanded and scammy. It's not a ton monthly, but really could have used that money over the years.

      I been with spectrum for a long time brought 4 lines to spectrum mobile. I ordered a new phone when delivered it was the wrong phone they sent me the right phone so I had my trade and the wrong phone Spectrum sent me Two boxes for the return I had to paid labels not sure what to do I called Spectrum abs was told to put the new return in a box with the label on as I was told to do.I put the new in box the trade in was put in the other box with the label was told to do. One box went the us post offices ether other to fed x. After a while Spectrum took out $2000 out of my checking account without my permission I called Spectrum and was told the phones went to the wrong place I told them I had a receipt from the post office and fed x they still blamed me for the mistake I told them they sent me the boxes and label and I called Spectrum to make sure what to do. When the cleaned out my bank account I told them it made me short at the bank they didn’t see to care.i felt they had no right to out money without my permission. They said they would investigate and get back to me.wanted the money put back in my account the phone were sent back and they did receive the phone

      Yesterday I called Spectrum to cut back some of my TV package as I simply can't afford it anymore. They agreed to reduce my "future" package price (along with about 1/3 of my TV channels .... removed from my TV box within mere minutes of hanging up with them). When I logged in to my Spectrum account to verify the new $$ total so I could update the automatic online bill pay from my bank account, the balance due had not changed. I called back to ask why and was informed they will NOT pro-rate any month's billing to reflect the changes (reduction) they already made. I told them "you are billing me a month IN ADVANCE (Apr 16 - May 15). Today is only the 24th, a mere week into the billing cycle. It's not right to force a customer to pay FULL price another THREE WEEKS for something you ALREADY took away from me JUST this afternoon!" NO courtesy credit, NO consideration for being their customer for almost 20 years, NO empathy that I just lost my husband & almost 2/3 of our income in the process.... absolutely ZERO compassion from anyone at Spectrum. They have lost another customer. I hope they are proud of themselves.

      Received a bill in the mail yesterday dated two weeks ago. Due date is tomorrow. Obviously Spectrum is dating bills fraudulently. Someone should file a class action suit. This is a perpetual problem.

      Spectrum is not just bad but they are into WiFi hacking criminal act. We have it at ********* ******* & when connected to spectrum WiFi the phones doesn’t charge, stops charging, battery dumps - these r WiFi hacking criminal act. When not connected to spectrum WiFi the phones charges just fine. Our central heat/air also connected w this criminal spectrum internet & daily these criminals tamper w our heat/air when sleeping at night or in the afternoon this criminal heat up the house $ when we wake the air automatically comes down & starts cooling again. When we r up these criminals don’t talker w the heat/air. I work night so there are days I sleep during day & these criminals heat up the house when sleeping during day but when I am not sleeping during day time the WiFi hacking cable hacking criminals of spectrum don’t tamper w the heat & the house stays at the temp it is set at. ******* needs to have *** who r not this unethical criminal WiFi cable hacking network like spectrum info high crime illegal criminal activity. Spectrum is not just bad but they r into criminal activity

      Price gouging and not providing. My bill within a few years has gone up from about $50 to over $100. It has gotten so high and yet they have outages for hours at least once or twice a week. Since they basically have a monopoly in my area, they think they can charge whatever they want.
