      If u want your monthly rates to keep increasing with poor customer service get charter . I contacted them "sorry that's the best we can do " then after canceling they will send mail daily stating you can get charter for $30 per month . $101 plus per month is ridiculous n they should be ashamed how they treat customers . Pathetic. I'd give em a zero if possible

      Subject: Urgent Follow-Up: Pending Phone Balance Buyout Reimbursement
      I am writing to follow up on the reimbursement for the phone balance buyout (PBB) process that I initiated on October 16, 2024. I previously submitted the payoff receipt via email to SpectrumMobileCustomerSupport, and I promptly received a response stating that I would receive a resolution within 10-14 days. However, despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls over the past four months, I have yet to receive the reimbursement, and I continue to be told that the process is still ongoing.
      I switched my family’s mobile service from ******** to Spectrum Mobile based on the promotion that Spectrum would reimburse the payoff amount for our devices. The total amount I am expecting to be reimbursed the payoff amount.
      I have been patiently waiting for nearly four months, which is far beyond the original timeframe provided. I request an immediate resolution and a clear update on when I can expect to receive my reimbursement.
      I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your swift response.

      Spectrum should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I will never use spectrum for anything ever again. To say I need to pay services when one of the most disastrous fires in the history of this country devastated my community is an outrage. You'd think you'd know the difference between right and wrong. Shame on you. I'll be posting reviews, and telling everyone in my neighborhood why we should all be switching to frontier fiber. Shame on you. I'm tired of getting on the phone telling me they can't believe my case was handled the way it was, only to be given a bill at the end. The relationship is beyond repair at this point. I am absolutely disgusted by your company. How dare you. I don't know how you sleep at night. If I worked at spectrum, I'd resign immediately if I saw these "calculations." My school math teachers would have an absolute fit if they saw how your calculations worked. I'm instructing my credit card company to make sure no charges ever go through spectrum again. No court in the history of this world would side with you on this case and you know it.

      If I could give zero stars I would. They consistently go up on their rates. I have been a loyal customer for years but it doesn't matter to them. I have basic cable and internet and I pay 238.00 a month. I'm looking for another carrier as we speak

      I go to my local Walmart and I ask two of spectrums reps about adding TV to my internet service. I didn’t confirm it with them that I wanted it. So when I get home later that same afternoon I check my email and find out they did push the order through for the cable a Cable Box. I call spectrum and cancel the same day which was a Sunday 2/9. Monday I get an email saying I got the package for their cable box that should’ve been canceled. I call back on Tuesday 2/11 and they tell me I only have 4 days of 14 to return it when I just received it yesterday and was Falsely ordered on Sunday 2/9. Is that a good business practice???

      SPECTRUM IS A POORLY RUN BUSINESS.
      1] Internet is always going down .
      2] They change your plan and up your rates without authorization.
      3] When I moved I ordered a slower speed to cut the price down and the order never got processed.

      I called in this morning to get transferred to the local store as I wanted to find out the store deals. The person helping me said they're the same online and in store. I said I was trying to upgrade to the s25+. He said "Great! That is about $1000." I asked if there were any promotions. He said an extra 700 on top of trade in. I asked for him to look up my trade on value for a s22+. He did and said 200-300 based on condition. I checked i could buy the phone outright if given the highest amount. He said yes. I double checked his numbers and the buy out. I asked if I could get this in store. "Yep." So I went to the store and got told my phone is in good condition and would be 112 plus the 700. I said that isn't what I was told over the phone. I was told to call them back. After an hour and a half on the phone I was told best they could do is a 25 credit. They lie and don't uphold their quotes. This is not the first time I have had this issue of stating wrong info.

      This company is a nightmare. Even canceling was a mess as they had to read through 15 minutes of upsell. I wouldn't be canceling if your product was reliable! And when I was politely clear that I was not interested in keeping the service and did not want to listen to the upsell, the guy was rude!

      3 months of attempting to cancel my service. It should be illegal that they charged my account on file. During a phone call they admitted guilt.

      Terrible have probably 40
      Hours invested on the phone with spectrum trying to figure out why they keep charging me for 3 phones when we have two. I have paid activation fees along with just paying for a 3rd phone for the past two months and they can not figure out why and are still taking my money this is highway robbery not sure how a company and get away with stuff like this but it is ridiculous being lied to over and over saying the issue is fixed but is clearly not
