      Have had little to zero internet service the past month. In fact it has been out for over 24 hours continuously now. I have on record, dozens of times I have contacted support only to be brushed to the side as non importance. Each time they want me to restart my equipment and let them know when it is back up. Maybe if you had actual intelligent people working for you instead of these morons you might have a decent service. Your tech department is good for one thing and one thing only and that is letting you know that they can’t get you a service call for a week. If you cannot live up to your words of a 99.9% network reliability then stop advertising as so. I will now and forever steer any and all customers away from this monstrosity.

      If I could give no stars , I would! Spectrum is by far the worse company known to mankind , for starters this company released my personal cell phone number to a third party company called “air talk” I wasn’t notified of my number being ported nor did I request for my number to be ported over… for FIVE DAYS i’ve been talking to representatives and going into different locations to get my phone number back as i’m typing this I still don’t have my phone number to make matters worse i’ve spoken to over 50 representatives only to get transferred and told different things each call… to top that off here i am thinking after getting a sim from a local store I would be able to add a line to my account with a new number and then port my number back over to spectrum the representative i spoke with was supposed to activate my sim card instead she ordered me a brand new sim card which has delayed this process a max of four more days.. i then requested a manager 4X and throughout each time I was placed on hold over 30 mins then finally transferred to the automated service instead of a manager. this is just the start of my complaint , I will contacting the corporate office and anyone else I can reach at this point. This company deserves to be shut down !! The prices are over rated and the customer service is complete TRASH!!!

      I work from home and on the 19th of June the internet down for about 40 minutes. Then on the 23th of June it went done in the morning for about 15 minutes and then in the afternoon it was out for about two hours. Asked for a credit and they stated that it has too be down for at least four hours or more. I should ask them to credit me all the money I lost in lost wages during the down times. The most worst cable company ever.

      Very deceiving service. Have always collected in advance and if service closed would return portion not used. Now they keep what ever portion paused in advance not used do not disclose this and also charged an extra month. Some of the representatives very rude and even hang up when talking to them. If one has a choice would not recommend them.

      Their sales person knocked on my door that clearly has a no soliciting on it. Then after saying no REPEATEDLY, I gave them my email so they could send me a quote and respond if I wanted. I never signed or agreed to anything. They ended up shipping me equipment the next week. The equipment said to return to a *** or spectrum store. Went to *** and they told me that spectrum no longer does that with them, so I went to the spectrum store and they told me I would have to drive over an hour away to turn it into a city I have never been to, as well as not even having transportation to even get to there. I eventually just had to leave it at the spectrum store here, because like hell I was going to keep it. Then I don't hear or see anything since March. Until today when they sent me a bill for almost $250 in an email, I just happened to see when I was in my spam box. I first sent a chat message, and they said they couldn't help me I had to call. So I called, and from the get go I told them I have another service, I don't want spectrum, and they need to disconnect. They kept pushing and pushing for 30 min trying to get me to switch my service to theirs. I was crying on the phone and literally begging them to stop and just disconnect (I even heard him tell someone else I was crying on the phone like a joke!). It wasn't till I was almost screaming and finally started cussing that he said he would disconnect my service, but needed to know where to send the bill. Which I refused because we literally cant even try to use their service here. He said that didn't matter because I was emailed a bill. How am I supposed to check for a bill I didn't know they were sending me? Then tried to make me feel stupid because he "Always checks his emails." He kept on till I told him I would get in contact with a lawyer. After another 10 min hold, his "higher up gave him permission to cancel the bill." They are horrible people and complete scammers. I wouldn't suggest anyone use them ever.

      This is the worst place that was created 300.00 a month for basic local channels is bullshit I have 1-70 basic cable I rented one movie for 3.99 if u add my bill it’s 144.00 I give u guys 180 every month and they still harass you until u give them 40 dollars more so I’m paying 224 a month for basic cable that is the crazy thing I’ve ever heard I’ll go dish and cancel this services asap
      Internet is so laggy and between there constant service delays!!! Don’t waste ur time! Don’t even get me started on store

      They are thieves. They messed up my phone plan and took over 2 months to fix it then was trying to charge me more than the original agreement. Told them this was unacceptable and tried to get them to understand that they were dragging me along so long waiting for them to fix things that i was fed up. They wouldn't let me return the phone because it was after 14 days (took them over a month to even contact me back regarding the issue) after repeated attempts to contact them and them telling me they were still working on it.

      For a large communications company, they are the worst at communicating.
      On 6-3-22 we initially requested internet for our new construction home and wanted to verify we would be able to be serviced. We were told we had to wait till we moved in first. 6-28-22 we moved in and requested internet services and explained there was no wire from the street to the home. After bouncing between 6 representatives we were told that someone will be out to make sure a technician would be able to service us in 7 days. After waiting around all day, our technician arrived 3 hours late, wrang the bell and told us he was unable to install because they needed to run a line 160' down the street. After talking to more reps, we were told it could take 45 days to construct. Fast forward to 7-20-22, we were told construction was COMPLETE and a tech would be out on 7-22-22. Tech came and again said he was unable to service us due to INCOMPLETE line construction. I am beyond livid and wish they were NOT the ONLY provider for my new home. We have a new appt for tomorrow where a "supervisor" is to be on scene. I hope they are able to service us as my wife has been unable to work from home due to no internet access.

      Unreliable internet service. It drops multiple times during the day. I replaced all of my equipment and you just cannot get support past a simple modem reset if you can even get a response to chat or phone call. They are offer speeds that they cannot maintain. The only reason there are not more complaints is that most users don't realize the streaming interruptions are even happening because streaming services buffer enough to mask the down time. I will attempt to move my package back down from the 1000 mbs, but I expect a problem doing that. At 1000 mbs service there should be at least a 10% up speed but these idiots rope people in with ignorance and most customers don't even know they're being screwed like they are. I realize at this point I am going to be ignored but as soon as some other service is available, I'm out. F.... this pos company with their bs business practices. It would be nice to be able to at least send some technical info via email but oh no you can't even find a support address for that. Another thing, they send you old equipment just thrown in a box without any care to it. God I hope something else comes to my area, I am sick of it. At this point, I would pay to be part of a class action suit against them just for the satisfaction that this kind of bs won't be accepted.

      Fraudulent, incompetent, no customer satisfaction. Complete fiasco. Brand new customer and completely unsatisfactory.
