Don't ever sign up with SPECTRUM TV, Internet, or phone. Go with a competitor. Theirs is the worst service I have ever encountered with any business. The buck never stops, you get transferred to a supervisor with no authority. Their tactic is to bait and switch. They claim policy after policy after policy with no customer rights. They provide no common sense to solve any problem and quote "it's our policy". We have been suffering with them since Oct 2024 and everyone we talk to tells us something different. And we still haven't resolved anything. They have fraudulent no service, false follow up, they will not follow up when they say they will. Then time has passed and now they say it's their policy and you have no recourse. We didn't want a phone, asked to return it, said it was too late and told we own the phone. After months we received permission to return our phone that they said we own. Now they say the phone had a small scratch and we are required to pay for it and then they are taking ownership of the phone. So now we have paid on the phone, returned the phone, and now they are charging us half price for the phone and won't return the phone to us. Sounds great, they bait and switch, unbelievable tactics to no end. One supervisor and another supervisor and get nowhere. Baited us to sign up for phone service and receive a free phone, then let time lapse and charged us for the phone. Now it happened again only in reverse. We sent the phone in and now they won't return it. And still charge us. The phone was never activated or used. This is what you get after 37 years of being a loyal Spectrum customer. Again, if possible don't ever, ever, get involved with SPECTRUM!

We transferred 6 mobile lines from ******* to Spectrum. In between the time we ordered the transfer until we got the sim cards, my 12yr old son broke his phone in PE. We tried to have it fixed, it is not operable. Called Cust. serv. they advised us to buy a new phone, we did. Then they advised us to get a new line we did. They theu advised us they would activate the IMEI on their end so I am paying for line with broken phone plus new phone now. All of this to be told I still do not qualify for the phone buyout and I MUST connect the phone that will no longer operate. I just wabt to cry I have spent hours on the phone bending over backwards and doing everything they ask EXCEPT work a miracle to turn on the phone that is broken. I NEED HELP FROM SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

      Review of Spectrum Services
I am disappointed to share my recent experience with Spectrum. Following a service visit that included installing a new internet line, modem, and router at my home, my *** security cameras were disconnected, leaving me, a senior citizen, without the security system I rely on for safety. The technician’s changes required a professional from *** to restore service, costing me $228.
Despite explaining the situation to Spectrum and how I was not equipped to handle these technical adjustments, the response was underwhelming. The company offered a mere $25 credit for the internet downtime, but this does not begin to cover the inconvenience and cost of restoring my security setup. It’s unsettling when a service you depend on results in such significant disruptions and the response does not match the magnitude of the issue.
I hoped for a resolution that matched the seriousness of leaving a senior citizen without security, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Customer care should not just be about fixing what is broken but ensuring the customers feel supported and valued through the process. I am truly disheartened by Spectrum’s handling of this matter and urge potential customers to consider this experience when choosing their service provider.

They arbitrarily “update”/change the channels that are included in their “packages”. (Price for that package is upped because of added channels.)
      - They notify customer via “promotional rate” correspondence. It SEEMS like you could opt out of adding those channels.
      - In fact, you are charged the new rate for the SAME named package (that is higher because of the added channels) when the promo period is over.
I feel this is deceptive advertising, making it very difficult to identify arbitrary price increase.

dissatisfied with the troubleshooting performed by the Tier 1 (callers) when issues are reported. Have consistent internet issues and bypass router connecting directly to modem only to be told issue is with 3rd party router...
Previous tech on Spectrum end advised he saw signal issues and other techs reported they do not. Curious as to what they even check.

I am totally disappointed with Spectrum after being a customer for years. They are very deceptive when getting you to switch mobile services. They told me that my balance from Verizon would be paid upon my switch from them. A month later Verizon charged me $485.00 dollars. After I called Spectrum back they told me I have to have 3 lines in order for the buyout to work. I was never informed of a 3 phone minimum when the representative talked me into switching over. Had I known that I would be stuck with the bill I would have waited until the phone was paid for. Now I’m stuck with a $485.00 bill. I say we need to file a class action lawsuit against them. You can’t do that to people and continue to get away with it.

Horrific company, lied to from the beginning about my monthly rate and it more than doubled, the initial set up went awry because Aisha did what she wanted instead of what I asked for. For two plus years I have had unreliable service cable and internet, techs have been to my home upwards of twenty times exchanging my box eight times, exchanging the cable, to no avail. Not giving me answers why the issues are happening, obviously it’s underground and they won’t admit this because it will cost them money!
Danielle W*** from corporate is awful stating my service shows no issues after having had a “test tv” and I told her she’s wrong as I sent her and the area management videos and screenshots of the continuous problems. They simply want to over charge me and not address these problems.
I have glitching on taped programming, I cannot fast forward taped programming, I cannot load ******** I have awful internet are some issues. Danielle W*** now ignores me, Jhovany Z****** who was supposedly helping me figure out a better plan told me some untruths and when I emailed back to let him know what’s best for me and that I was overcharged for two years he is also ignoring me?
Russell J**** a manager that would come out with techs damaged my TV unit by leaning the boxes while plugging in the cords and scraping the wood, when I mentioned it he snapped at me.
Andrew V****** who came lastly with a smarter tech (Andrew misguided me on the use of remote) to remove the “test tv” didn’t put equipment (modem+) back where Russell moved it from when installing the test TV, when I emailed him he wanted to charge me $50!
Why can’t this company just treat customers as they claim they do, they wouldn’t have so many one star reviews nor would they continue to keep loosing customers.
They seem to think I’m a nuisance for expecting what I over pay for, I have the proof my service is very poor.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Had business internet which started at 89 and raised to 149. It goes out almost daily. At least a couple times a week on average. When calling to cancel the agent was so rude it was actually comical. They also charged me for the whole next month cuz even though I was only a week into billing cycle. Stay away if at all possible. A complete rip off.

This company deserves 0 stars for fraud and trying to get over on people.
I have been with the company for about 2 years, and I have had 4 unauthorized charges and now my account is so jacked up everyone acts like they cannot help me or understand my issue from when it started in September up until now.

Horrible service, lack of communication between customer support in any department to get the right service appointment. And when Nathan from the citrus county ******* my local service department, who is a SUPERVISOR says he will call back to make sure I'm not put through the same service call for the 4th time DOESN'T it's so frustrating because I then have to wait on hold to only be transferred 5 more times.
