      I would say zero stars if I could. It is practically impossible to cancel the service. First of all, conveniently, my monthly service started yesterday so I have to pay a full month even though my billing cycle is on the 9th (today is the 23rd). Whatever, I don't like it - but okay. After hearing that, I decided I didn't need to answer her standard questions such as why I'm cancelling and who am I going with. I had to ask "Angela" SEVEN times to cancel. I then asked for her supervisor whom she said wasn't here today. I said, "Yes he/she is". Then "Angela" said it would take a while to get another supervisor. -- Okay -- When the supervisor answered (a lady named "Marcus"), she wanted to know why I wanted to cancel and I said, again, "I'd rather not say". She then said she is going to put product difficulties. I told her she could put bad customer service. She said if customers don't answer why that's what they put. WOW! I then tried to complain online but it's a computer and doesn't understand - shocker!
      Okay - I know I'm being stubborn, but they shouldn't charge me for an entire month and change the billing cycle date because I want to cancel. Good luck if you decide to go with them anyway!

      Attempted to activate my new iPhone 13 from my iPhone X seven days ago. After over 5 hours on phone & 4 store visits no one was able to do it. In addition they disconnected my iPhone X so I’ve had absolutely NO cell service for 7 days. They supposedly shipped me a SIM card (none in the store (how is that possible?!), but nothing yet.
      It appears to me that Spectrum employees need much more training. Had been happy with Spectrum up to this point, but they have completely failed me. To say I’m unhappy is an understatement!

      Spectrum is annoying with its collection tactics. I recently fell late on a payment and received approximately 6 calls, texts, and emails within the same day, which changes absolutely nothing. When I asked to be taken off their call and text rotation, they refused. Their service is not the best… limited stations, and constant billing increases… They are not worth the harassment!

      Beware of the sales team they tell you one thing and do another i.e. sign you up for internet only and not tell you that you have to get the phone too.that sounds a bit misleading don't you think? So beware!!! Maybe someone should sue for false or misleading statements

      Just an awful company to have to do business with. Tried 3 times to get new internet service and spoke with literally 10 different reps with the company only to not have service still. Nobody knows what they are doing as you are transferred and transferred until an hour later you have to give up. Run from Spectrum.

      I STRONGLY SUGGEST ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW, GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN OR LOOK FOR ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER ASAP. At any rate, I agree with ****** * review dated 9-16-2022 as I experienced a similar issue with Spectrum. I returned an unopened phone that I didn’t need and instead of them sending a return label with the phone, there was no return label so I called Spectrum and they emailed me a return label on (August 23, 2022) 8-23-2022. I *** ** the package back to the company. The package arrived at Fed Ex in GA on (August 24, 2022) 8-24-2022 and when I called to follow up with my refund on (Sept 21, 2022) 9-21-2022, they said the package was still sitting at the Fed Ex terminal and suggested I do a loss package claim. I contacted Spectrum as they started the ticket for the loss package claim but still insisted that I OWED ALL THE SERVICE CHARGES as if I activated and used the phone. They also said that I COULD NOT GET MY REFUND BACK, instead they would credit my account as if to say I had to stay with them just in case I decided to terminate my services. I don’t normally like to send a negative review because I believe that if I cant help you, I don’t want to hurt you. However this is an extenuating circumstance and someone else needs to be made aware of their shenanigans and how they try and manipulate you for their short comings. I was on the phone with 3 representatives for a total of 2 hours as I needed to get this resolved today and they still was giving me the runaround about the unmerited service charges and my $168 refund for the phone I returned. This is madness and I would hope the BBB would look into their practices and all of the negative complaints that are listed here. If you can get another phone services provider, I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO SO. Even the worse customer deserves the right to be treated with better services than this.

      They told me they would provide TV streaming at one price and then later told me they wouldn’t do it. And at least 2 times per evening the programming is interrupted by “buffering” sometimes lasting 5+ minutes. They’re customer service is terrible.

      Terrible! We had the fastest internet speed available when I was working from home, and the internet would cut out, even though I was connected through an ethernet cable. There was an outage in our area that lasted 3 days. I called Spectrum to complain because of I'm paying $300 for a service, I expect to receive that service. They told me they would give me a $5 statement credit. $5 isn't going to compensate the nearly $500 I lost in those 3 days I had to miss work.
      We can't get any other service provider because Spectrum has monopolized the area.
      The internet cuts out ALL the time.
      We had the internet cut out for the 8th time today, and we have yet ANOTHER outage as I'm typing this.
      I absolutely HATE Spectrum. They service you're receiving is not worth what youre paying. If you have other service options available, go with them.
      Note that I like in the greater LA area, so it's not like I live somewhere rural where you'd expect to have constant outages.

      I have been trying to cancel Spectrum mobile service since JANUARY 2022. It has been 8 months. Spectrum started by losing my phone number in the porting process at which point I change my mind about them and decided to cancel. I never even had active service, yet they let some phantom bill grow, credit it and tell me they have to put in a ticket for cancellation then rinse and repeat. It’s unreal, truly.
