      I cancelled my service and the representative stated they would not charge me anymore. Since then they have tried and charge me twice.

      Moved to ****** ** in August and salesperson shared channel list (included **** out of ******************). This past week they canceled the channel w/o notice or explanation. The inclusion of this *** affiliate was a draw for subscribing to the carrier and am very disappointed that the service is less than what was originally offered.

      There needs to be a ZERO stars button—the worst company to deal with ever. We never agreed to services, but they sent equipment and started billing us anyway. We explained we were not customers as we disagreed with the pricing and told them to pick up the equipment -- which was never installed, and NO SERVICE WAS EVERY USED. But they just ignored all that and kept billing. When we complained and said we wouldn't pay, they said we had to per the terms and conditions on the billing statement. WHAT? So, apparently, they can unilaterally decide to send equipment and bills -- be told AGAIN it is in error -- and then say because they sent bills we agreed to the terms and conditions. Again, WHAT??? We will file appropriate complaints with our Attorney General's office and BBB. But given its dismal rating, clearly, the company could not care less.

      Service was disconnected 4 days after billing cycle, they don’t prorate therefore I was charged another $260.00 for remainder of billing cycle that I did not have service. Sad that this is what this world comes to! Wish I could give0 stars

      Absolutely the worst God forsaken isp in existence employee's are shady dishonest and outright crooks
      House has been getting broken Into for 2 years now got cameras for surveillance and as soon as we did that and get upgraded speeds the service has outages all the time
      The employees lie about repairs and make jokes about our situation with security

      Spectrum customer service is a disaster and at least some of their reps do not know what they are doing. I have been on the phone for nearly 3 hours while they shuffle me around trying to make what should be a simple request to move my disabled cousin's phone and TV in the same assisted living facility from one room to the next because he required a different level of care.

      Worse service I have ever had with any company. I have been with them for about four years and I have been on the phone with them at least twice a week for billing issues and harassing texts and emails. Every time my issue has been "fixed" it only comes right back and I spend hours and hours on the phone to keep going in circles. Take my advice GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!! If you don't have service with them DON'T EVER GET IT!!!!!

      Terrible company! Signs you up at one price now I'm more than three times the price but no upgraded routers or anything and charge you for unreturned equipment with absolutely no warning! If there is another option pursue it we need some independent decent companies around! And btw I have 3 separate accounts same story!

      If I could give zero stars I would. We are beyond dissatisfied with this company. We have been trying to get a new directly purchased from a store line paid in full activated for eleven days now. I have made five trips to the store. The online people tell me every time I talk to them that someone will contact me within 24-48 hours then they do not. I plan on returning the phone asap. Price hikes, lies, disrespect and deceptive marketing.

      ZERO STARS !!!!! CHARGED A WHOLE MONTH OF SERVICE AFTER I WAS PROMISED FULL CREDIT
