      Their microwave is horrible. It doesn't cook food out of the microwave well at all! It's still cold!

      My wife purchased a Barista 4 in 1 coffee bar as a Christmas gift for me. The option for brewing PODS is resulting in cups of hot water, not coffee. If it does make coffee, it's extremely watered down.

      In December my air fryer quit working. That was no big deal, it was out of warranty however when I went to remove it was the problem. It had left a rust stain on my tile from the steam. I tried no less than 10 products. I reached out to company no less than 10 times. They have given me the run around. I know this has happened before because the back now has a new design. I want them to acknowledge it.

      I am filing a complaint against Cuisinart regarding a faulty Salad Spinner purchased on ****** (Order Date: Dec 27, 2024). The product broke under normal use within a few months, a failure echoed in other ****** reviews.

      ******** return window closed Jan 31, 2025. They refused a refund and directed me to contact Cuisinart, the manufacturer.

      I contacted Cuisinart customer service. While acknowledging a lifetime warranty, they refused to issue a refund and insisted on sending a replacement unit only.

      This resolution is unacceptable. I do not want another potentially faulty spinner; I have already purchased a replacement from a different company due to this poor experience. The product failed prematurely, indicating a quality issue. Sending repeated replacements is illogical and inconvenient compared to a one-time refund for a defective item.

      Cuisinart's policy forces customers to accept unwanted replacements for faulty goods, even when referred by the retailer after the return window. This is not a consumer-friendly practice and leaves customers without adequate recourse for defective products.

      My desired resolution is a full refund for the faulty Cuisinart Salad Spinner. I seek the BBB's assistance in achieving this outcome.

However point of sale directed me to you..I've pasted the most recent email from your company below.

      Keypad is ruining still under warranty I filed this before the end of the warranty period. There saying the warranty expired. They kept dragging this on so that by the time they made there decision to not repair my microwave the warranty expired. I want them to fix it at there cost no mine.

      I have sent them all the information that, they requested. They aren't able to locate my microwave model number or any numbers that appears on the microwave. I sent you all the pictures of the microwave with this information for you to see. I don't have a model or numbers they ask me for. I will unplug my microwave and sent the a picture or pictures of the plug as they ask and then see what happens. When I do take these pictures how can I send them to you? Online there system could not find my model numbers or any numbers I entered when I tried online. Then I sent them messages and they then refused to help me stating the warranty had expired and that they wouldn't help me and that they would give me the name of a company for me to take it to them to get it repaired at my cost?       The company settle with me. They shipped a new replacement microwave oven. I am content only one exception they won't warranty the new microwave I don't get it? I hope I don't have issues with the new one. I have sent the company the cut cord as they requested.

      I purchased a wireless handheld mixer from them, which stopped working. They supplied me with a replacement mixer in the end of September of last year. At that time I was displaced from my home and I had to place all of my items into storage. I never opened the mixer at that time. I just recently got housing and was placed into a new home which is the residence that I have listed on this complaint. I opened the mixer yesterday. Which was March 17 upon opening the mixer I plugged it in. it will not charge. I tried to utilize multiple outlets in my home and it would not charge. I tried to utilize a different charger and it would not charge.So I called Cuisinart in order to ask them for help to either fix the mixer,Give me advice or do something about it. They would not do anything. They told me that it didn’t matter and that they were not going to help me. I told him I never used the mixer. It still has the tags on it. I can prove it. I’m happy send it back.Can I please exchange it because they sent me an item that does not work. They said no that it was out of warranty. I said how can an item that you sent me in September 2024 be out of warranty they said my other item was out of warranty.I said you sent me this item in September wouldn’t you think that an item you sent me should work and if it didn’t work that you would supply me with an item that did. I asked a supervisor. I told him the same thing. He told me that he opens everything right away and tests everything right away and I should done that too. I explained my situation to him. He told me it didn’t matter he could give me 20% off. I told him I am not like everybody else. I’m on Social Security. I cannot afford things like that, I would think that given his position and the situation that he could have reasonably assisted me. I feel that these people were rude, even though they spoke calmly they were very condescending. Not how you treat customers. I want a replacement for my mixer or my money back.

      On 1/9/25 I was browsing online for a ******** pro flat iron. I went to the Conair website to order directly as opposed to just ordering from ******. When I went to make my purchase, it requested me method of payment prior to entering any addresses. I selected ***** *** thinking it would be easier than entering all my credit card info. But once I hit the accept button it immediately made the order without any chance to review any of the addresses. When I get the order confirmation email it says the address is my old **** address, however the billing address is my current and correct address in *******. I moved here in 2022. Not sure why it selected an old address but again I did not have any chance to select an address when placing the order. I immediately noticed my error and called the customer service line the next day during their business hours. I was told they have no way of editing the mistake and that I needed to reach out to ***. I reached out to *** multiple times and was told they cannot edit the address either. I reached back to Conair who told me they were not going to refund me and I could place a claim via ***. I placed the claim via *** and it has conflicting information. It says the item was returned to sender but then it says there is proof of delivery. Conair is refusing to reimburse me. *** has closed the case on their end. So I am out $172.35 and I also have no flat iron. I have exhausted all options including via my credit card because Conair disputed my dispute. Order number *************

      I made several purchases of their products. They have a sign on their equipment clearly stating they back their products with a 2yr warranty.
      I keep trying to fill out the form on their website. It's giving me an error message. When I call them they say they'll send an email to me for an alternative solution to making a claim on their website. That's been going on for 3 almost 4 months now.. they still haven't sent the email.

      This item was ordered on 2-6-2025. I received a shipping notice on 2-7-25. Cuisinart immediately billed my credit card for $169. However, after 2 weeks their carrier *** has not received the item. They created the shipping label, but have never received the item to ship. I called customer support last week to find out why it hadn't shipped yet. The support person could never locate the order even though they had sent a confirmation of the order email and a second shipping email. He told me to wait until this week to see if it actually shipped. *** still has not received this item. I think it is legal to bill customer after item has shipped, but this doesn't sound legal to bill because they had a shipping label created. I would think the item would actually have to be physically at the carrier. I would like a full refund of $169. If not, then I will be forced to contact my credit card company.

      I purchased a Cuisinart water kettle from ****** on September 26, 2023 and reported to the company that it was not working on February 4, 2024. The product is under warranty.
