      I have emailed my return request twice now, for a refund to the warranty department. I purchased my item at **** ****** on 7/18/2022. I went into **** and they advised me to deal with Conair directly. I have provided my receipt as well as a picure of the model #. All I want is my 79.99 back.

      Purchased the Cuisinart Smoker in 10-2021. First issue was missing wheels, which they sent to me in a timely matter. Then after assembly the temperature setting knob snapped off when the smoker door touched it. Now over 10 months later still no replacement part! Nothing but lame excuses. They kept delaying this until it was to late for me to return the smoker to the store!!! Now the claim they give refunds. The smoker is cheaply built junk. The knob snapped off when door opened and it was barely hit. Paid $360 for this and it is useless!

      Purchased a Cuisinart ******** smoker. It hasn’t worked correctly since I bought it almost a year ago. I spent weeks finding time to trouble shoot with their customer support. It was determined I need a couple parts to repair the unit. I have been waiting over six months since that determination was made for the parts. They keep pushing back the estimate. I have asked for a refund or replacement since they can not get me the replacement parts. Recently the customer service has stopped replying to my emails. I think I have been more than reasonable seeking a resolution to this and Cuisinart is long over due to honor the product warranty.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have been told over and over again by them that the parts will be in by this date and they never are.   I have waited more than six months for parts and have probably been given six or more different estimates for parts.  I have patiently waited but I am being strung along by them.   For instance this update yesterday they said they are moving warehouse’s and will ship parts the end of this month, a month ago they said the parts will be in mid July and of course they weren’t and no update,  prior to that it was always an estimate which they never met over and over.   I haven’t even gotten to see if this grill will work properly at all and the warranty will expire by the time I get them.  I have asked and they claim they will extend my warranty but have not given any proof or way to verify they will honor that.  I don’t think it is reasonable to expect me to keep waiting any longer.  I have missed the entire summer worth of grilling and smoking waiting.  The cover I bought for the grill separately is weathered and trashed and I haven’t even used the grill.   I want a replacement unit or a refund issued immediately this isn’t fair to their customers and it is not reasonable to ask me to keep waiting
