      Original coffee maker, purchased February 21, 2023, worked great until late in 2024 when the timer/clock light stopped working. The company sent a replacement since the coffee maker has a three year warranty. However, the replacement had the same problem, as did a subsequent replacement the company sent. At this time, I'd prefer a refund since the company (Cuisnart, owned by Conair) does not appear to have adequate quality control. The company did offer credit, but at this point I am not comfortable purchasing the same brand and would like the refund. Customer service said they "don't do that". I was put on hold to speak to a supervisor, waiting 40 minutes and nobody ever returned to the call.

      She received a quick response from the company offering a credit voucher for the full amount paid.  ***** requested a refund, but since the item was purchased at ******* and not directly from the manufacturer, they could only offer the credit.  They also sent a prepaid shipping label for the return of the coffee maker at issue.

      At this time, the coffee maker has been mailed and ***** is still awaiting the final credit voucher in the mail.  Please do not close the complaint until it is received.

      I have a 8 inch skillet that was part of a ********* set I purchased about 10 years ago. Model 622-20, V#39178, 0915. About 6 months ago or so I contacted ********* about my 10 inch skillet (which was also part of that set I purchased) who's non-stick coating was worn and food was sticking. They asked for the information from the bottom of the skillet (SN, date of manufacture, model, etc) and once they received that information; they send me a replacement skillet IAW their Hassle Free Lifetime Warranty.

      Last week I requested a replacement for the 8 inch skillet who's non-stick is also failing to do it's job. (I use the 8 inch more than the 10 inch one). This time they wanted pictures of the skillet which I provided. They then refused to replace the pan saying it doesn't need replacing.
      I don't know how they can determine that the non-stick has lost it's non-stick properties by a photo. You could show abuse, scratches, gouges, etc from a photo but not that the non-stick properties of the coating is no longer working.

      I reminded them that they didn't ask for pictures when I requested a replacement for the 10 inch skillet and that they should know that even if you follow all of the maintenance best practices, the non-stick surface will break down and become ineffective over time.

      They vaunt their "Hassle Free Lifetime Warranty" but I guess replacing two pans is asking too much of Cuisinart. Warranty Follows:

      HASSLE-FREE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
      If the Hard Anodized Cookware that is the subject of this Lifetime Warranty fails during the warranty period for reasons covered by this Lifetime Warranty, ********* will, at its option, repair the Hard Anodized Cookware, replace the Hard Anodized Cookware with another identical or reasonably equivalent Hard Anodized Cookware.

      I even told them they could have my old skillet back if they thought I was just trying to get an extra spare skillet but they still refused.

      Apparently the Business received my complaint very quickly as I had a email msg on 7 Feb from them saying I had an order being shipped to me and a receipt for the 8 inch replacement pan.  Once I actually receive the pan I will close the case.

      I DID NOT say I was dissatisfied with the business's response.  The response from the business to the BBB was that they would contact me. 

      I responded to the BBB that I had received an email from them saying they were shipping me a replacement pan and that I would respond back again to the BBB when I received the pan.  I didn't have a new code to contact the BBB after the last code so I was waiting for the BBB to contact me again which you just have.

      I received a replacement pan a few days ago.  Although it was packed fairly well; it had a scratch in the non-stick coating that is deep enough to catch a fingernail which is disappointing;   but I'd rather not drag this out over the scratch.

      I am overall satisfied that they sent me a replacement pan,  I just wished it didn't have that scratch in a brand new pan.

      Faulty product. Was told not to send back but send picture of cut cord. I have sent 9 emails. Some have gotten a response. Sent pics of cut cord. Company then stops responding. I want a full refund as I was promised. The device was dangerous! Made loud noise, did not heat properly, emailed them and was told they’d refund. Can’t get anywhere with the company. They owe me $211.06

      The purchase was online as a gift from my dad, I sent him the link from Conair of what I wanted, if a receipt is needed, I will have to get from him.
      The toothbrush replacement heads for my Conair powered toothbrush are a newer model tooth brush replacement head that fits my Conair toothbrush per the package details. However, no where on the package nor on the Conair website show if the brush head is soft, medium or hard. I am concerned for the safety of my gums and teeth if this brush head is not soft. I thought companies who sold tooth brush replacement heads are supposed to indicate if the brush head is soft, medium or hard? I have attached images of the product which does not show if soft or other and an email I sent Conair asking. I have not heard back from Conair. I would like Conair to send me new replacement heads that indicate soft bristles brush head.

      I have now purchased two single serve coffee makers, both have had issues within the first year. So the one I have now is having issues again. It’s making really watery, awful tasting coffee. I’ve gone through all troubleshooting and nothing is working. I need yet another replacement now, but I shouldn’t have to be buying a new coffee maker every few months so I’d like a replacement sent to me or a refund please. Thank you.

      The cord on a new Halo light (model ******) was bent. Customers service (Ace) said that an entire light replacement would be sent and a tracking number provided. Have since called six (6) times.
      Customer service (Jenna) gave different excuses, with the frustrating reply, "I don't know" when I asked why I haven't received a replacement. Each time she said to wait 7 to 10 days... but no results.
      Asked to speak to Jenna's supervisor and was told he wasn't in.
      Asked to have him call me. He didn't.

      Contacting ###-###-#### or ###-###-#### their customer service, has not provided me with any resolution. My last call was 12/5/2024. A different service person, (Fran) said it showed item shipped on 12/4 and I should receive in 7 to 10 days plus a tracking number. Haven't received either the tracking number or replacement light. Something is not right!
      Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

      I contacted Cuisinart for a warranty replacement on some cookware. The cookware has been used and cared for per the provided care instructions. Two pots have rust spots inside which makes them unusable. Several others no longer have an effective nonstick coating which was a promised feature of these items. After contacting Cuisinart, I’m being told this is all normal wear and tear. It absolutely is not, especially not the rust. Why have a warranty and care instructions if the company still won’t replace faulty products? I paid extra for these knowing they had a lifetime warranty. I wanted them to be the last cookware set I own, but now I can’t use them and they won’t honor the warranty.

      I sent a pair of barber tools for a warranty replacement. Between holidays after almost one full month I received notification it would be delivered on 12/13/2024. It was miss-delivered to the wrong address. I have tried contacting the shipper to ask if they could send another and have it held at the location so that I may pick it up myself. With the holidays packages get miss delivered at an astronomical rate. I have heard nothing back from ***, or ******** Pro (Conair corporation)

      This is ******** *****, I have serious complain against CONAIR Company, I have purchased Conair 2-in-1 Handheld Steamer and Iron for Clothes, T**** ************ ***** Garment Steamer and Clothing Iron****** * **** from ******, Order Number Order# *******************, August 03rd 2023, it stopped working in less than a year, I have sent several emails to CONAIR but they never responded me, they have said it has warranty for 2 years, I have left review but they have responded me back, they are putting worst products on ****** and it stopped working, this is their second product in 20 years, it stopped working.. and no customer services. I need full refund or same product. I have all video evidence and information.
