      We recently acquired some pots and pans from Cuisinart/Conair. After using the pot for the very first time, my husband started to wash the pot and the razor sharp edge of the pot sliced open his finger deep enough to require stitches. We had to rush him to the emergency room. After several months of back and forth with the company they refused to pay for his medical bills and sent us a pot in return. I think this situation was handled extremely poorly. We have NO want for an additional pot that may also be sharp. We do have a medical bill that the company should have paid for since it was their faulty product that caused the injury. I give the company two stars since the agent who was handling this situation was responsive and did at least try to handle the incident. I am unhappy with the outcome.
