      Cuisinart website states that you get your refund in 10 days after they receive the product back. When I called them, they told me it takes 30 days and I told them that on their site it says up to 10 and I even sent them pictures of screenshots of their site. Still telling me it takes 30 days.

      I purchased a TAO-65 toaster oven/air fryer on 02/16/2020 from ******* A few months later, this unit's fan started making a horrible loud noise. I read several reviews/complaints and this seemed to be a recurring problem with this particular model. Customer service replaced this unit. Again, a few months later, the replacement unit started having the same issue with the fan becoming very noisy. I contacted customer service and they replaced the second unit. Several months ago, my second replacement (total of 3 TAO-65), the digital knob started skipping whenever I tried to adjust the cooking method, temp and/or minutes. Again, I read online that several customers were complaining about this particular issue with this model. I contacted customer service again and was told that the warranty doesn't cover the replacement units once the original unit's warranty expires. Why wouldn't each unit come with it's own new warranty? Obviously, there is a quality issue with this particular model. These units should last longer than 1 year without having issues. I am very disappointed with the quality of the TAO-65 and more disappointed in the recent response from customer service regarding my 3rd unit since 2/2020. They offered me a 20% discount on my purchase of a new oven. Why would I spend my money on a new oven if this product is inferior? Do you think I enjoy going through this hassle every year?

      I ordered two set of hair clips. All I want to know is why they are sending out two sets of purple clips and no blue. I've tried contacting them several ways with no response. I left a review on their page. They did not approve. But checked today and the 4 star review got posted. But of course, right? Conair knows they are not being accurate to their pictures but it seems they don't care. I've been a long time customer. I'm tired of shady businesses. Their response to BBB complaints aren't impressive either. I actually think they may be worse when I thought they were good. I'll be staying away from their products if I can help it.

      Cuisinart CPM-700 EasyPop Popcorn Maker, Red
      I purchased this on ******, received it yesterday and made my wife popcorn last night for her birthday. When I flipped the container after all the popcorn quit popping, I severely burned three of my fingers. I am a retired paramedic, PLEASE do not sell this item. This is so very dangerous.
      Please do not purchased this item, kids and elderly such a bad design. Please stop selling this item as it is so dangerous.

      I purchased a Cuisinart expresso maker November 2022. We had used the machine less than times when the streamer stopped working. After trouble shooter, I contacted customer service whom stated we had to send it to them for repair. When they returned the machine they mailed it to my second home in ******* after I had specifically explained in prior conversations the machine is in my home in ***** I spoke to several people at the the customer service center, one stated the referral center will contact me. After multiple phone calls with no resolution, the last call I spoke with Alexis whom stated "we returned the product to you it's your responsibility to get it to ****". I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold and spoke to Nicole whom she said agrees with her. I asked to speak to another supervisor and she forwarded the call to the help desk. I would NOT recommend purchasing any Cuisinart products as their customer service is VERY POOR. It is my understanding Conair owns Cuisinart. I contacted their corporate office but did not hear back from them. Most of the people staffed at Cuisinart's customer service center are not friendly and need additional classes/education on how to properly speak to customers.

      I bought a scalp massager in November of 2022. I tried to contact customer service by email to never get a reply. I called and they said I would get a refund and sent me a label to send it back. I sent it back for them to send me a replacement? I called and they sent me a label. I returned my item first of February and I still have not received my refund. I called 2 weeks ago and the lady told me i should be the following week.I have stayed on hold all day today and I still have not received my refund. I will not be purchasing anything else through them.

      Hi I bought a ********* ******** coffee machine from an on line retailer, the clock/timer was defective, I called ********* and they said to return to the retailer as it was within 30days of purchase (did as instructed, was charged for a box). I bought the same coffee machine from a different retailer a second time (as I still trusted the brand) and it had the same issue, I called ********* and they sent me a replacement within 2-3 weeks but they required a picture of me cutting the cord, in the interim I was without coffee for a month (given the other replacements). The replacement directly from ********* was also defective. Three defective products and ********* wont accept my proposal to refund or allow an option were I can keep the old machine until they replace (if the replacement works). This would be a 4th
      replacement now, should they just not have recalled the product if they know they are all broken??? Feel cheated with this company. I hope this helps other customers, honestly if they know they are broken they should not be purposefully selling (I mean what are the odds of three machines with the same issue, it must be a lot of bad product. They did not give an option to refund, even though I asked in writing for my money back as one of the options or a product they certify they tested and works, was only given the cord cutting option again. Was a loyal customer of this products, no more I am out of pocket about $100, and still need a new coffee machine.

      I have tried to return a Conair heat/massage chair pad to ****** where I bought it only to be told a return for a refund is no longer available and to contact Conair. I contacted Conair only to be told unless it was bought directly from them or ************ they could not refund my money and take the unit back. This all happened within 1 week of receiving the unit. I explained that it is very loud when on the message settings and even the person downstairs from me can hear it when I tried using it in my chair. Conair will replace the unit with the same thing but I don’t want to go through this and they will not refund their own product because they allow another outlet to sell it. I have always had good faith in Conair products and the comb it not any more. I only gave one star because I did receive the item ordered.

      I bought the Cuisinart Digital Airfryer Toaster Oven, Model # TOA-65 a couple of years ago. Within that first year, the selecter dial on it stopped working and the oven is pretty much unusable without it. Since it was within a years time, they had me cut the cord on it and send the required info and they sent me a new oven. I'm now within the first year with THIS one and the same thing has happened! I asked for my money back this time since this model obviously has flaws and they refuse to give me A refund. All they'll do is send me ANOTHER oven! Why would I want to go through all this AGAIN?! I would not recommend this company's products to anyone - VERY poor customer service!!
