Ordered shirts from ***** ***** website and they processed my order and gave it to Pitney Bowes to ship to **** for delivery. Pitney bowes got the parcel on the 18th of july in ***** **** ** and then sent it to ********** ** on the 19th and then sent it to ******** ** on the 22nd where it sat for 3 days. It finally showed movement on the 25th it says it departed the facility and now it says it cannot find the package. There is no way to contact Pitney Bowes to complain or get info they just refer you to the website which gives no recourse, When I did tricj the call in site and get a live person the refused to help me or even try. Will never use any company that uses these people as shipping partners again - horrible service and even worse customer service,

Our non-profit, Bible Teaching Resources, has been a client of Pitney Bowes for decades. Earlier in 2023 Pitney Bowes did a postage meter replacement. Our office coordinator informed the representative that we did not want a lease since we were closing the office within the year. Our organization continued to pay the quarterly charges and utilize the equipment. We informed PB in June that we were closing the office. The representative set a date and time for pick-up. No one showed up. The next week we received an email demanding over $2,000. We asked for a lease agreement. We received a copy that had expired several years prior. We asked repeatedly for a valid lease agreement. None was provided but we received a settlement offer of approx. $1,400. After almost a month we finally had a representative send us a lease agreement that wasn't signed but our office coordinator's signature was inserted into the document. PB said it was a digital signature. In my opinion it was not. Now PB says they will not pick up the equipment until the full settlement is paid.Business Response

I am in receipt of BBB complaint # ********. Client requested to
cancel their contractual lease contract **********. Client stated that “Sent us
a lease agreement that wasn't signed but our office coordinator's signature was
inserted into the document.”
See attached as this is the client electronic signature. Prior
contract 0041135413 also signed by electronic signature. Client disputing the
signature on the contract lease.
It is my understanding that Lessee is disputing the validity and
enforceability of the lease. You have claimed that the individual executing the
lease on behalf of Lessee did not have the proper corporate authorization.
Lessee is best able to police their own employees with respect
to who may or may not enter into lease agreements. Your employee represented to
Pitney Bowes that he/she was authorized to execute the lease on Lessee’s
behalf, and willingly entered into the lease agreement. The equipment was delivered and installed on
or about, and Lessee has had beneficial use of the equipment since the
installation. Additionally, Lessee has
made payments towards the lease contract since 4/17/2023
PBGFS acted in good faith in entering this business relationship,
and relied on representations made by your employee as to their authority
within the company. Your payments under
the lease agreement further enforced the validity of the lease agreement. We will continue to uphold our obligations
and commitments to Lessee under the lease agreement, and we expect you to do
the same.
The client, per case ********, a copy of the contract was sent
to: ************************************ on 07/18/23.
The client has the option to pay a settlement to cancel the
lease. On 07/21/23

On 6/6/2023 I drop a box for **** in ****** ***** ** which contained a *phone. Pitney Bowes/Newgistics picked the box up from the **** in ****** ***** **. Nature of dispute: fraudulent/unauthorized postage refills due to suspected equipment failures on Pitney Bowes postage meter, I am being charged 600 for 3 postage refills all on the same day 07/15 each one for 200. I am 100% sure I did not tried refilling my postage meter, however I did witness the machine having multiple screen pops asking to refill. I did not ever see a window asking for the amount to refill nor a confirmation screen. I have multiple tickets reporting system issues with their Pitney Bowes postage meter

We had a 5 year contract with Pitney Bowes for a postage meter. Our contract is up on July 29, 2023. We have been trying to cancel our contract for over a month now. It is almost impossible to call their business as most of the time the automated message hangs up on you. I was finally able to make a case claim to terminate the contract. I received an email from a Client Relation Advisor. I've emailed her several times, with no response back. I tried calling her phone number on her signature line and the number is to a completely different business and the woman on the other line says they get calls from Pitney Bowes all the time and it is a huge issue. I finally was able to reach some one on June 30th and was told I would receive a box to ship the machine back and instructions on how to regain the funding that is preloaded on the machine. It has been almost 3 weeks and I called 6 times today before I got a human to speak to. She said they are still working on the request. I do not understand how this takes so long! Pitney Bowes is a horrible company and they are scamming people and providing false information, so you cannot reach them. All we want is to return the machine and get our postage money refunded back to us!Business Response

I ordered products from ******** on June 10, 2023. The package is worth around $85.86. They used Pitney Bowes as their shipping partner. The **** tracking number is: **********************************. It was shipped out on June 13, 2023, from ********. The last tracking update is on June 26, 2023. I have received no further updates as now. I believe the package has either been lost, stolen, or stuck somewhere since it has been this long. I have looked in into Pitney Bowes and they are known to have unreliable and slow service. Sent back phones to **** I have tracking showing me dropping them off on Jan 3 and agent picked up (**********) on Jan 6 the phones never made it back to *** and had usage on the phone from Jan 11 which means they were stolen! At this point I have not received my tax I paid in store for the 4 phones which was $314 and now being charged $1092 for a bill for phones I never used. Was told from *** to file a claim with the post office and that’s when I was told that ********** was the company that picked them up on the 6th and claim needed to be filed with them! I have been unsuccessful on contacting anyone from this company!! I’ve tried every which of way, from reading reviews this company is a scam and this has happened to several people as well as me

you for your patience as we researched the three parcels in question. As these
barcodes are six months old, we escalated them to our data research team to
verify each parcel's tracking details. The data they returned does show that
the labels were created on 02-Jan. However, none of the three parcels received
an induction scan at our hub facility to indicate they were received for
processing from ****.
Due to the time elapsed since the last
activity, we are unable to provide any further information beyond what is shown
in tracking at this time. As we did not receive these parcels into our
possession, we are unable to assist in any form of claim for the items. Kindly
contact **** for any further assistance and resolution according to their
internal processes

I have tried to cancel my lease of my Pitney Bowes machine. On July 5th, I was told it was cancelled and I would receive an email stating that in 24 hours - I did not. I called back one week later and was told it was NOT cancelled and they were working on it - I stated it was supposed to be cancelled on July 5 so that I did not receive any further charges. They kept transferring me to other people and putting me on hold for long periods of time - in the meantime I am still being charged for a lease I was told by a supervisor was cancelled on July 5, 2023. I ordered a package that Pitney Bowes is supposed to deliver. It has been sitting in their warehouse for almost 2 weeks. I'v tried to contact Pitney Bowes and they tell me to contact the person who i purchased the product from. Why do i need to contact them when its been sitting in YOUR warehouse for weeks? I have read other reviews saying the same thing, packages left sitting for weeks or even months. All i want is what i ordered.
