      Postage Machine is broken. We spent 6 hours on the phone on December 29, 2022 with at least 6 different people trying to fix machine. We just kept being moved from person to person and then disconnected. Then we have to call again and start all over.
      We have had horrible service with Pitney Bowes over the years. We have had so many problems over the years. We just can't take it anymore. We want to terminate contract and have them pick up machine. Every time is comes to renewal of contract, the sales person tells me that it will be different this time.
      I spoke with Patty at cancellation on December 29, 2022 and when she went to transfer me, I was disconnected again. Then I have gotten emails form Racha S**** giving me all these different options for staying with Pitney Bowes. I have emailed her back multiple times saying "no". I just want to cancel. I really can't take the way Pitney Bowes treat customers. They make me feel like it is my fault. They do not value my time. I emailed her again yesterday and no response.
      I would just like my contract to be terminated effective immediately and the postage on the meter refunded. Pitney Bowes should waive the remaining term on the contract based on their failure to provide a working postage machine and failure to provide adequate consumer service.

      I am in receipt of
      consumer complaint #********.

      The client’s account was reviewed and there are no recent service cases
      to support service issues with the equipment. 
      There are several cases to terminate the lease agreement, however.  The client last downloaded postage into the
      machine in February 2021.  If the client
      is having service issues, the client needs to speak to our tech support team at
      ###-###-####.  We will work to repair or
      replace the equipment for client satisfaction.

      Should the client want to terminate the lease agreement, a
      settlement would need to be paid to fulfill the lease obligation.  This is the process to fulfill the lease obligation.
       There is an open case for a settlement
      letter to be sent to the client. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to just
      terminate the lease agreement.  We will
      work with the client to repair the equipment.

      I purchased an item from an online vendor on December 16th, 2022. I was slated to be delivered on the 27th. However, it is now a week into January, and my package #********************************** still remains at the ****** ******** facility, unmoved and undelivered to ****. I am currently awaiting a response from the retailer on the matter, but I just want my item. After hearing of many packages missing as they go through this warehouse, I am nervous that I may never get the item I paid for.

      I have had a small office Pitney Bowes machine for several years, and it has never worked. The software will not connect to their network despite a good internet connection, and I am stuck in a lease contract having to pay thousands for a machine I cannot use. I have diligently worked with their tech support, replacing the machine three times. The problem still persists. I thought I finally reached a resolution, and was told by a representative on the phone that I would be released from my lease at no more cost to me, but then I received an email from Pitney Bowes wanting MORE money than I have on my current lease to end it. This company is horrible, and I advise not doing business with them in any form or fashion

      an agent stated you would be released from your lease at no cost, this would
      have been incorrect.  A settlement would need

      I ordered a present for my sister for Christmas from ********** on November 28, 2022. ****** shipped this package through Pitney Bowes on Thursday, December 1. On Thursday, December 15, delivery was attempted. The order status has since been stuck on "Unfortunately, Pitney Bowes ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again." They have not tried again.

      I am writing this complaint, because my package (**************************) had a delivery date of December 12, 2022 and it has moved from the ******** facility which is three hours away from ******** Connecticut. It’s strange, because ******** *********** has a Pitney Bowes facility and they still can’t get the package moving.

      I recently ordered something through **** on December 12th. It arrived at a ********** ** facility on December 13th, went to ****** ********* ** on the 16th, then back to ********** ** and I haven’t had an update in tracking since other than that it left that facility. It has yet to be handed over to **** It was supposed to be delivered the 19th of December. Then it was delayed to the 23rd of December. It is now the 27th and my tracking info still says expected deliver on the 23rd. I called pitney bowes and they told me to reach out to ****. I have reached out to ****, and regardless, it is out of ****’s hands because pitney bowes is the one shipping my package, **** has no control after it goes into their hands. Very upset and disappointed.

      *** **** *********** purchased ****** *********** from *** ******* 3 years ago. The office had a Pitney Bowes machine. *** *********** was out of the office on vacation and an unauthorized contract renewal was signed without her permission by an employee that was not in good standing. This information was explained to Pitney Bowes, and they refused to release ****** *********** from the contract. We have had the machine and have a $4000+ balance for the leasing of their postage machine. We are only paying the minimum of $41 per month for the leasing of the actual machine. The REAL issue is that they contacted ****** *********** months ago and stated our machine will not work because it is no longer legally up to date. Therefore, they want to force us to pay to get an updated machine that we do not use, and they still charge us $256.55 in addition to the $41 (monthly leasing fee) for postage THAT WE DO NOT & HAVE NOT USED! I have called multiple times to explain my dissatisfaction and eventually all the reps get very rude and disrespectful. They state it's in our contract. *** ******* was even kind enough years ago to contact Pitney Bowes and let them know this is not authorized by him and they refused to take that into consideration. We are still locked in a 5-year contract for a machine that we have not used.

      I do not believe that you can charge someone for services they are NOT utilizing then tell them years in that now they must pay for a new machine as well as postage fees that they have not inquired. **** is the Office Manager and is the point of contact for ****** *********** the Owner is *** **** ***********, both parties are available if you need to speak with either one directly.

      The client completed changed of ownership paperwork
      in 2019.  The change of ownership
      paperwork confirmed the name change and lease agreement.

      Should the client want to end the lease
      agreement, a settlement would be owed. 
      If the equipment is not working, tech support can get involved and resolve
      any equipment issues.

      Regarding the equipment, the client will be able
      to continue to use the equipment through the end of their lease agreement.  The end of lease date is January 19, 2024.

      Recently made a purchase through ******** ****** for a few last minute birthday/Christmas gifts! I had one item be shipped early through **** and had received it days ago! The retailer found the lack of delivery to be the same reasoning (loss of parcel by shipping company). Retailer did all they could to correct the error.
