      We have a lease coming to the end in December - we were contacted in April of this year about the upcoming end of lease. Customer service through the entire process has been a nightmare - we create cases online to get things in writing, and they get closed out with no comment or reason why when they "can't get ahold of us". The representative in charge of handling a possible lease renewal is not allowed to see much of our account, nor did she go out of her way to help answer questions in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. We were always directed to client relations, who don't really answer your questions, nor give you any references for their call or work to actually fix your problem.

      Don't even try to get out of your lease early - it won't happen.

      If you want decent customer service, find another company.

      Why, I wonder, does the **** partner with Pitney Bowes ? I have never seen a USPS package sit for days in one place like Pitney Bowes does. It took 3 days for the package to travel to the US, one day to get through Customs, and a week sitting in Pitney Bowes "sorting center." Perhaps it is not their fault, perhaps the USPS is handing them the mail and asking them to sit on it, or perhaps PB needs to get back into the postal meter business and out of the domain that ***** ****** **** *** and others do so much better.

      My package has been lost in a neighboring state for a week. No update. USPS saying they have nothing. Call to get help and they have no solution, no manager, and rude. Then the company I ordered from saying they will put in a “note.”

      The same thing happened to me as the others. I had an order that was shipped via Pitney Bowes in March 2022 and it sat and disappeared. I am honestly not sure why companies continue to use them. The company had to completely replace my order and it took hours of both my and the company’s time. No way for PB to assist or track from the point the package falls off the face of the earth. They have a serious problem with management. I am so disappointed the company decided to use them again for my current order and it’ll take three weeks when it typically takes a week and I’m pretty doubtful I’ll receive.

      Pitney has had my package for over a month, and there is no way to get a hold of them, that I could find online, unless you have an account. **** website says that they're waiting for the package, but they won't get involved, and tell me to contact Pitney. I don't understand how this company stays in business. If ***** ****** **** or any other did this, they'd lose so much service to the others. This company is a shamm & don't care when, even IF, you get your package! Really hope no medical supplies are ever sent through this **** company! And, don't let the Overall Rating fool you... Most people leave it as the defaulted 5 stars, but leave negative reviews.

      I would not even give them one star. We canceled our contract with them in 2021, paid our last quarter's lease and returned the postage meter--Domestic Return Receipt. Even with them signing for and acknowledging the return of the leased equipment and written notice of our intent to stop any lease and not renew any lease for a postage meter and postage with them, they CONTINUE to send us statements, threats, and harassing emails threatening to send us to collections: nine months AFTER successfully returning their equipment back to them!
      We have called and called and called, rarely to get a human being or get a call back after leaving a message. NONE of their emails can be replied to. When my Office Manager asks to speak to a suspervisor she is hung up on. Pitney Bowes is run by a bunch of stupid persons.

      Currently have a package sitting at Pitney Bowes facility since 7/22, for 18 days & it hasn’t moved. All they have to do is give to USPS! This is unacceptable!
      This happens every time something I order goes through Pitney Bowes, 99% of the time the shipper has to reship or refund me my money. It’s ridiculous that this happens over & over with this company,

      Package departed a neighboring state & has not updated in 6 days. Tried reaching out to Pitney Bowes support & received no response. Calling phone support only gets you a promise of a call back that never happens. This is my first experience with Pitney Bowes & it has been a horrendous process.

      My package has been in ****** ******** sorting center ** ** for 10 days or more. I contacted Pitney Bowes for more info but it was declined by the reason of only the seller able to complain. I don't know what I could do to wait for the package.

      Scared reading reviews on this place. Had a package in my hometown since last week and it hasn’t moved since. Was supposed to be here yesterday, but it’s not still. Guess I’m gonna have to wait weeks longer than normal. Dunno how a place or delivery system like this is still in business. If you can’t keep your customers happy, then what’s the point of having a business. And I’m really scared too considering this is a package with replacement items that were STOLEN from my last package delivered to my house. If items are missing from this one when it gets here, I’m done…
