      Worst delivery service. My grandmother could hand deliver cross country, in a '97 civic, with a weak bladder faster than any delivery I have ever received from this "service". I cannot believe they are still in business. Their subpar "service" has cost the company I receive packages on lots of money in refunds. I just canceled my subscription with that other company based on the delivery "service" they chose.

      What a Terrible Company. Lousy equipment that's very costly and no customer support to speak of. My contract began 2 years ago with a new lease. The salesperson lied to me and said all old ink cartridges in sealed packages from my prior machine would be refunded to us. After I signed the agreement, he disappeared and I was transferred all over and eventually told they are NOT refundable. Then, they were adding on "insurance" charges each month although they had a certificate of insurance on file, but claimed they didn't. I waited two years to get out of this lease, since there is no way to cancel other than making all the payments for a two year period. I just returned the equipment today and will gladly make a trip to the post office to handle my shipping needs. Pitney Bowes....never again! How they stay in business, I'll never know. They Suck!!! Don't waste your money or your time and you will waste a lot of time on the phone or in chats speaking with incompetent individuals who are of no assistance!

      I would rate this absolutely terrible business zero stars if I could. I'm trying to track down a package that has vanished off the radar. They won't tell me anything on it unless I go through the company I bought it from, when I'm the customer in this situation (which I'm 99% sure it's just a blatant lie to deny me information). I've called them over a dozen times in the last 2 days, I've been hung up on, I've been lied to, I've been denied information on MY ORDER. I don't understand how this company still exists, this is objectively the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. Their tracking department is abysmal, they outright deny providing me any information on my order, which disappeared after leaving their wearhouse and hasn't been updated in over a week, it had to travel literally 8.5 miles from there wearhouse to the post office. It's been "outbound" for a week now with no updates. A ******* week. If you lost my order just tell me you lost my order so I can get a new one and avoid your terrible company. I was told my issues was getting escalated to management and I was given the go ahead to speak with a supervisor in the tracking department, and the ****** lied to me and said "we don't have supervisors" Oh really? That's funny, because the call you hung up with me on I was denied to speak with a supervisor because it wasn't allowed. I've been lied to. I've been hung up. I've been denied ANY information on my order, MY ORDER. This is abysmal customer service, absolutely miserable to deal with as a company. I would have enjoyed slamming my dick in the door opposed to dealing with these brain dead mongrels on the phone again

      We've been trying to "cancel" our lease since April 2022. The postage meter quit working before the lease was up and their only solution was to sign another lease to get a new postage meter. No offer to troubleshoot problems, no offer to send a working unit, no offer to repair the unit we had. I have been in contact with them and have attempted "cancellation" of our "current" lease at least four times.
      Only just today, after receiving yet another bill that doesn't make sense, did a pitney bowes rep tell me that they are unable to close my account until I pay off all remaining charges. She told me that we're "now on a month to month lease".
      In what universe does this make sense? Terrible company, draconian "policies" and anyone you can actually get in touch with can't actually help you. The last "case" that they opened, they told me the resolution was to...Sign another lease!
      Absolute joke of a company.

      EVERY subscription service I have that uses Pitney Bowes takes FOREVER to get anywhere or do anything shipment-wise vs. subscription services that just use ************** directly. I do not understand why these services use this company - is it just super cheap? There has got to be a better alternative.

      We have a 93 month lease that we are 77 months into. I wanted out of the lease. They were going to charge me 2x what the amount is that is left on the lease. My unit quit working and their solution is for me to spend $120 for their printer cartridge rather than $30 for an alternative. We have been using alternatives for several years now with no problems but they won't even help me unless I buy a genuine Pitney Bowes cartridge. I had just bought postage and they won't let me return that and get my money back. My only solution is to pay the lease until my lease is up and return the equipment. I don't send out much mail because we are very small. By the time I spend $ on everything it is costing me 2x what it would cost to buy stamps and stick them on the envelopes. Once my lease is done. I'm never using them again. Besides, I can pay most of my bills online and don't even have to mail anything. Just not worth the hassle!

      Crap customer service completely unwilling to assist. They claim inability to track your order beyond the website means. But you can file a claim against the retailer and then they will investigate the order in their network. In other words you can, but unwilling to. Package left ******* ** 3 days ago and only traveling to *** Not a single update and heading into day 4. Package was moving ahead of schedule until Pitney Bowes got their hands on it. Avoid this company at all costs!

      They are very unprofessional I applied for their company several times and got denied every time talking about that my requirements doesn’t meet their which I think is a bunch of bull crap because I know that everyone don’t have the same requirements that they ask you for and still works there I will never apply again and will NOT refer anyone I heard so many bad things about them

      Made an order on ****** to be delivered by Pitney Bowes. The package arrived in ****** and then nothing more has happened. When I track it it just says that it could not be delivered and is awaiting pickup. Yes, but where??? They did not find it necessary to inform me of that and ****** only tells me to email Pitney Bowes which is impossible. Incredibly annoying and unprofessional.

      I have spoke to several people regarding our ink issue and they just continually transfer me from person to person and then eventually one of them just hangs up on me because they do not know the answer. I have been very patient and nice to each individual. I have not done anything to deserve this kind of disrespect. The issue is still ongoing since it's impossible to get any assistance. I'm at a loss as to where to go from here.
