      Terrible intermediary assistance. I was hung up on by "Tin" after they deemed my issue none of theyre concern. Chat bot was painful getting to an actual person and then I was dropped. I have a very expensive package that has no updated shipping for more than 2 weeks and this is appalling. With an average review of 1 (and I know people cant go lower) eBay needs to find a new provider.

      Pitney Bowes continuously sends messages about subscription payment failing even though the payment is correct in the account. If I'm able to purchase postage with the same card, the subscription should go through. There is no customer service. It's a virtual assistant that doesn't allow contact with a person. Same thing if you call.

      They are a scam!!!! People/ Businesses beware!!! There are no real Live Person who can assist you. there. They keep forwarding you to open a case which is a waist of time. They have no records of what's going on in there. They will keep charging you with equipment they email you requesting to return. This business needs to be shut down. NO STARS WHAT SO EVER!

      I placed my order over a month ago and I have still not received it. This company has created unnecessary problems by withholding packages, rather than delivering as they were expected to. The company I ordered from (H&M) has been no help trying to resolve this as well. Customer service from both is absolute garbage.

      0 Stars. Everything works fine until it doesn't. Had one very minor issue in year three of a four year contract, and it turns out their customer service is a joke. Nobody can fix the problem. They ask me if I want a call, I say yes. No call. Back on chat. None of them can see the chats I've been having with their other CSR's, even when they happen in the same day. Or when they escalate my problem, or just transfer me to another CSR. They close my support case without doing anything. I say "Please don't close this case, my problem hasn't been resolved!" "Sorry, once a case is closed, it can't be reopened." (?!) Open another case. Go through the same thing, again. Drags on for LITERALLY MONTHS waiting for a "specialist" to review. No help. I say "Your product is useless and you are no help, please take your machine and close my account." No problem. $350 early termination fee, along with a $300 reshelving fee. Three years into a four year lease! $288 to finish out the last year of my lease. I'll wait it out and never work with them again. This company does not care for it's customers! BEWARE!!!!

      Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt. AVOID them at all cost!!!! I would leave negative stars if I could. I used them for my business with and without a meter. Just don't do it!

      The worst postage company in the world. Save your money, go to the post office. They are the most useless group of people ever and I hate that they continue to service business's when they simply don't help with just simple requests.

      My package has been sitting at a location known for theft, tampering, and “losing” packages. ******* **. It’s over a week late on delivery, and USPS still hasn’t received the item. This is ridiculous, and if my package “goes missing” I will look into my legal options. GIVE MY PACKAGE TO USPS NOW! I don’t know why any company would still partner with PB for shipping, it seems the majority of packages get lost or stolen by employees.

      They have no customer service. They have a package of mine. Friday it was only an hour away. Then they sent it from **** **** **** **** ** ********* ********* And they is literally no way to contact anyone about it. Try calling and that’s beyond a joke. I will literally be telling companies to not ship my packages with them.

      Absolutely useless company! Very difficult to track a shipment, no information about movement of a parcel for 1 week. Their phone number does not connect with the customer service - it is not available over the phone! Avoid this company by all means!
