I would give them less stars if I could. Their sale team was hyper-aggressive when trying to get me to buy/lease a machine. But when it comes to help/support after... crickets. They have a phone number that is useless because any selection will eventually take you to the same promt to see their website. They then expect you to research your own problem. You can also file a claim online. I tried this multiple times with no success. I got an automated email immediate saying that a "claim has been opened" and then before I knew it I would get another one saying the "claim has been closed". And before you wonder why I didn't just respond, you cannot respond to emails, nor can you "comment" on a claim that has been closed. So then you're stuck in the endless cycle of opening more claims just so you can explain your question. I even requested that someone call me, and again, no response. Sometimes, they would send an email saying they had referred my case to another department, and said department never did anything either.
The best part?... all I needed was to load postage to my meter. Pretty basic. I was getting an error on the screen of my machine, but I can only assume that because we owned it, they didn't care.
Cannot say enought bad things about how frustrating this process was or how little they value costomer service. We terminated our contract.
      Go with another company.

I would never ever recommend Pitney Bowes to anyone! It is impossible to get a human on the phone to help with any issues. I wish I would have read these reviews before I got involved with this ******* company. This company needs to be investigated and forced to shut its doors.

This company has been shipping my package everywhere but to me. I've been waiting for weeks. Even the sender can't seem to get an answer from them.

      Horrible company. Scamers
I ordered a gold ring through eBay $500 what I paid , it was marked delivered , I have cameras on my home I can confirm it was never delivered , I then contacted company which gave me an international call number , someone in *********** answered the phone , directed me to a USA number that was discounted , long story short the carrier stole my package never delivered it but marked delivered on the tracking number information. Went back to eBay about the issue , they couldn’t help me because it says delivered on their tracking info…. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying items online , company needs to be investigated. There scamming and defrauding people left and right . All the reviews I’ve found on this place people say the same thing that they got robbed by the company .

I wish I could leave a negative star review.
Unable to contact a human and not able to refill postage in our machine. They refer you to the website every time and make it almost impossible to get help easily. Customer service is non-existent.

I am so tired of opening tickets with this company and having them send me the wrong information time after time. And their call center (whereever that may be) is useless. We had to make changes to the Lease Agreement and I can't even get them to send me the updated Lease. I keep receiving a copy of the old Lease in my email and they immediately close the ticket and don't allow me to respond. They are absolutely horrible. That's what happens when you move customer support out of the country.

Truly amazed at how anyone still does business with Pitney Bowes. No shortage of technical issues from logging in, to integrations, etc., etc. Their chat bot is one of the worst we used. Every action or issue needs to go through multiple different teams, no person is empowered or knowledgeable enough to assist. Near impossible to get ahold of a person. Continued billing even after cancellation...

Terrible company. As others have said, services are overpriced and products are obsolete. After being locked into a lease with them by a previous manager, USPS switched Information Based Indicia (IBI) to an Intelligent Mail Indicia (IMI) (whatever that means) and They started sending me emails telling me my machine would no longer be compliant after june, and that I needed a new one that would be compliant. They would not swap the machine under the current lease, but instead I would have to sign a 3 year lease for a new machine. We haven't used the "outdated" machine in over a year because their are much cheaper options, so of course I am not extending my lease. Now i have an ACTUALLY USELESS machine past june that they are still requiring me to pay the remainder of the lease until December. after about 10 back and forth emails with their sales representitive, she basically tried to gaslight me into not understanding what she was saying, then stopped replying to me all together. Very bad company.

I was a customer for 30 years. I asked them to close my account with them due to my business closure in March of 2023. We had a postage machine on our premises and they came and removed it. However, despite me asking to close the account, they did not close the service agreement on the postage machine and they have been asking me to pay for service for equipment I no longer have!
I submitted documentation, made numerous phone calls, explained the situation, to no avail. Their customer service phone reps, if you can get one, cannot make ay decisions and they refer the case to the specialist. The specialist does not solve the issue and one is back to square one.
I have never been treated so poorly in my entire business life, I feel that Pitney Bowes has been harassing me as a minority business owner, I would never do business with them again - I am wondering how they are actually staying in business.
