      I have been very disappointed with this company. We have their SendPro P postage machine. We got it for the shipping side of it and now we cannot use it because of their constant software issues with pricing. Apparently their tech engineers are outside the country so I am stuck having to deal with our local rep who has not been helpful with this ongoing issue. I recently attended one of their seminars and saw how their speakers were singing the praises of their system and I am sitting here saying to myself... "Surely I am not the only one with this software problem." These software issues have been ongoing for about a year. What can we do?

      Do not use Pitney Bowes if you can avoid it. Our non-profit canceled our account in November 2023 and returned our postage machine as directed. We had paid all outstanding bills to date when we canceled our account.
      Then we started getting these invoices about past due amounts and charges for a machine we had already returned. We disputed the charge and were credited on Feb 14. Then, I receive an invoice a week later for a new amount plus late charges for the amount they credited.
      When you try to contact them, you get caught in a phone-tree of hell and can't ever reach someone. Even when you use a virtual agent, they don't want to really help or resolve your issue. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences with a company.
      Truly unacceptable behavior for a company and feels like a scam... support **** rather than this joke of a company

      I am currently on hold with them. its been 13 minutes while they create a return order for items that we did not order. Items they took it upon themselves to send. Totaling almost $1200.00 dollars. This is my second call in two days because I never got the email they promised they would send during the first call. Spoke with a person with the same name but insisted was a different person with the same name. I got her seven digit employee number this time. I hate dealing with them. Oh she is finally back, have to go...

      If you think canceling your cable is hard try getting in contact with this awful company. I have been sent lease renewals for MONTHS. Any time there is a question or issue I cannot get past their AI to speak to a real person, and when I get to a real person they have no idea what they're talking about. They just repeat things back to me that I can see in my account. I have asked for specific emails, phone numbers, and policies and have NEVER been given the same answer by two representatives. I am constantly in contact with the wrong department, when I chat, email or call. I have spent HOURS trying to get this worked out. Honestly, they should reimburse my work for my salary they had to pay to just get in contact with a real person. The way they handle business cannot be legal. If you look in their "help" section you cannot find good information about how to end/cancel your lease. I was also told I needed to contact my "personal sales representative" and when I asked for their contact info I was told I didn't have one and that they didn't know what to do about that. I have kept a detailed record of all communications so when I can actually end my lease, I will not be playing with any additional fees.

      Horrible, horrible experience. I'm in the accounting business. I shipped 8 packages to the IRS and Dept of Revenue using their labels, and they were all returned to me by the post office because no bar code printed on the label. All of these packages were payroll returns which had to be submitted by Jan. 31, and because of this, I missed the deadline. Now I face fines and penalties, and the very real possibility of losing clients. The worst part is that I tried for days to get some help from Pitney Bowes, and I was transferred from one inept agent to another, having to repeat my issue over and over, finally ending up in tears. I have never received a call back from anyone who could help. All I wanted was a letter confirming it was a shipping issue that caused the forms to be late for me to present to the IRS and DOR. This company is horrible.

      My package has been sitting in ******* according to their tracking update. last update was January 30 it is now Feb 3rd. I live 2 hours away from *******. This is absolutely ridiculous

      Horrible. They put a hold on our account even though it was their mistake! It has cost our company so much!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

      0 stars if I could. The machine is great, however the multi-year contract you are required to sign to have a machine is ludicrous. Customer service is horrible. We receive emails with late fees that we were never advised of. When we try to enter payment information for recurring fees they are never saved and therefore late fees are incurred. Calling them takes hours and issues are never resolved. Ready to return the machine and use stamps again - and am told our contract is through SEPTEMBER 2027 so would have to pay contract in full PLUS penalties for early cancellation. Again, the machine is great - but the service IS SO BAD that it's not worth the hassle. It's really unconscionable that the only way to rent a machine is to lock into a multi-year unbreakable contract. Not sure that is legal and will be asking an attorney to review our lease.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
      After we sent back a meter they attempted to scam us by invoicing us for the meter we sent back. Use stamps or any alternative instead this company is not worth the trouble. It seems to be mismanaged at best, a scam front at worst.

      be ware. this company is run by shysters. They never answer the phone, and try to ignore your case. I have been trying to can my contract, and they never acknowledged my emails or online requests, and now want me stuck with the contract for another year, or pay up a cancellation fee even though I cancelled in a timely manner.
      Please look for alternative company. They have zero customer service. and try to get you stuck with contracts for years. I give them a zero, but I didnt have this option
