      I was a customer for 30 years. I asked them to close my account with them due to my business closure in March of 2023. We had a postage machine on our premises and they came and removed it. However, despite me asking to close the account, they did not close the service agreement on the postage machine and they have been asking me to pay for service for equipment I no longer have!
      I submitted documentation, made numerous phone calls, explained the situation, to no avail. Their customer service phone reps, if you can get one, cannot make ay decisions and they refer the case to the specialist. The specialist does not solve the issue and one is back to square one.
      I have never been treated so poorly in my entire business life, I feel that Pitney Bowes has been harassing me as a minority business owner, I would never do business with them again - I am wondering how they are actually staying in business.

      Terrible company, none responsive, their equipment is trash that never works! Then when u manage to close ur account and send their boat anchor back to them they will claim some bogus debt and will sell that bogus debt to **** *** collection low lives.
      Do yourself a favor and don’t get involved with them.

      Super overpriced services and expensive "line of credit" for the postage. Customer service is terrible, and seemingly designed to be inconvenient and time-consuming. Autopay charged my Mastercard yesterday, and today I want to change to a different card, but customer service tells me that they only accept AMEX. No, that's materially false. Every single time I contact their chat, I lose half an hour. Fiasco.
      Just awful experience. I'd rather walk to the post office and pay 25% of the cost.

      I worked in procurement for many years and ended up spending many hours trying to figure out PB invoices and leases with their own people because they couldn’t figure it them out! In the end I was convinced that they were doing it on purpose in hopes we would throw our hands up and just pay the invoices! Not a chance, although it wasn’t a lot of money for the company I most recently worked for, in the end they over invoiced $16k+!!!!
      I would never have come here to add this review, but recently it became personal when I ordered a subscription of monthly shipments for my granddaughter at the holidays and lo and behold two out of the foreship so far I’ve not reached her and we shipped by Pitney Bowes! The company I am dealing with has shipped a replacement for one and are using **** now, Waiting For delivery on the second one still and , it has been a month – these are items in stock shipping from ********** ** *** *****  I feel terrible as my granddaughter waits for these shipments with anticipation and excitement, and keep extending out the date of arrival.
      My point in inviting this is to let people know how absolutely awful Pitney Bowes is on the commercial end of things as well as a shipping company that is handling consumer products.
      The crazy thing is that they’ve been this way for years and they’re still in business continuing to frustrate customers.
      I cannot stress enough when I say do not use this company for anything!

      This business continues to send us invoices for a non existent lease and they have set up their customer support numbers and website so that is is impossible to get them to stop.

      I have never worked with such a terrible company in all of my career. They have charged us late fees and finance charges, for a payment they misapplied. A year later and still can't get it resolved because you can only open a case which they will just close without resolution.

      100% do NOT recommend. Looking at the reviews below, I concur with everything said. Trying to get a live person is impossible. What they told me last week, they contradict this week. As soon as my lease is done, so are they! Would like to leave ZERO stars if i could

      Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Tired to find information on a packages that has been in limbo at their company for 2 weeks and got no where with them. I'm sure they either lost this package or scammed it.
      Absolutely a horrible shipping company.

      Worst company to deal with when you are closing out your lease or need help with something.
      You can only send a message via the site or use a chatbot to eventually chat with a live person.
      Using the message option to open a case, they will close cases before issues are resolved.
      Using the chat, you go in circles only to find that what you had hoped to resolve was not, and then you have to start from scratch by opening a case or getting to a live person via the chat AGAIN.
      I returned my meter after completing the lease. Trying to get postage money refunded to me has been a nightmare. They withdrew money because my "postage was low" - it was low because I returned my meter and closed my accounts. Horrible Company To Work With.

      I tried to get information on a package that they apparently lost. The lady was rude and did not help at all. Pitney Bowes is a joke for a shipping partner. I’m sure someone has to guide those employees when to breathe in and breathe out. Workforce within that company is very pathetic
