      Our manager signed a contract for 7 years that was crazy, I want to close the account and they are asking for the full price of the contract on top of that .
      1. the machine did not work . I request change machine they send a new one , I had my hand broken so I am unable to to a lot of thaks after hours on the phone one of the employees let me know that will be a visit with no charge .
      Well at the end they send a bill for $283.55 for a visit of thecnitian and the machine still with the same issues . is not working and we have to keep pay the montlhy bill with out getting out of the contract.
      PLEASE NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH PITNEY BOWES IF YOU DUE PREPARE YOUR SELF TO A LOT OF HEADACHE FOR SEVERAL YEARS.

      Warning fine out if you’re ordering and if they using PITNEY BOWES as their shipper. PITNEY BOWES is a joke. You can talk to anyone they have no idea where you order is even with a tracking number. They was tell maybe the driver ran out of time and he went home and parked the truck somewhere. That makes me feel warm and fuzzy to think they don’t even know or care. They also it could be well after the first of the year if it even on a truck. I called the company that had the original order and they had a ton of complaints on PITNEY BOWES but still use them. I wish I could give PITNEY BOWES no starts. They are a fly by the seat of their pants and a worthless company to be in the shipping business. My package was to be delivered at the first of the month and they was Christmas presents and I going to have to go out and get something else since it way to close and they still don’t know where my package is. Thanks PITNEY BOWES for making this so inconvenient for me when it didn’t have to be.

      I just received a package from **** *** ***** who used Pitney Bowes and **** to ship. The package was in a locked parcel box we I picked it up. The package had been opened and all 29 items taken. The person put a **** *** **** works perfume bottle in to make it feel like something was actually in the box. It had to be an employee at Pitney Bowes who took the stuff because **** has cameras everywhere and would catch someone stealing. Of course the items were for Christmas and even if the company replaced the items, they wouldn’t get here in time. Please don’t use this company to ship! They have at least one their working there.

      We turned our postage meter back in August. They said they would return the postage that remained. They still have not. The initial check got lost in the mail and they have been "investigating" ever since.

      Do business with them at your own risk.

      I had 2 packages in early November coming from ***** Both of those packages got split into two shipments (for a total of 4 packages). All of the packages cleared customs on November 19, 2023. Two of the packages were shipped with **** and I received them by November 28, 2023. The other two packages were shipped with Pitney Bowes. Tracking didn't update until after December 8th, and they finally arrived yesterday on December 12, 2023. That's a two week difference in time when both sets of packages shipped from the same place, on the same day, cleared customs at the same time, and were going to the same destination. I call that completely unacceptable.
      When the tracking started to update on Pitney Bowes, the packages were waiting about 30 miles from the **** hub to get transferred over for final delivery by ****. It took Pitney Bowes 2 days to transfer them to ****.
      IF I ever had the choice, or if in the future I ever see a package that will be shipped to me via Pitney Bowes, I will not order it will cancel the order. I thought **** was ridiculous but I am grateful to them after dealing with the absolute nightmare that is Pitney Bowes. I would never recommend anyone ever do business with them, even if it saves a few cents because I guarantee that unhappy customers will be the end result.

      A horrible shipping company that the **** uses. You drop your package off, thinking it will be handled by the **** and they just hand it off to some random 3rd party shipper with one-star reviews all across the internet. Great job, ****.
      Apparently, the **** uses this company for 'returns'. They picked up my Priority 2-day package from **** and delivered it to ********* ** when it was supposed to go to ******* ***  There is no way to contact Pitney Bowes and the broken **** is clueless and says there's nothing they can do - they cannot tell me where my package was delivered to in ** and they cannot tell me why it was delivered to ***.
      The shipping address was clearly printed on BOTH SIDES of my box and yet is somehow got delivered to ****** with no address available in tracking. I'm now out of a $200 Medlight and if I'm lucky, the **** insurance might cover $100. They're both crap companies.

      I’ve ordered product from a certain company many times, it always gets sent through USPS, recently that said company started using Pitneybowes shipping, my item was delayed by several days and then deemed lost . I called Pitney bowes trying to find my item, they would not talk to me saying it was the company I ordered throughs problem. No it was a Pitney problem because they are the ones that lost it. Anyways I went back to the company I placed the order, they could not tell me the shipping info because it’s Pitneys job, and just ended up replacing my order for the trouble. I do not recommend this place as a shipping partner. Also fyi when you call Pitney none of the options are pertain tracking or shipping packages. It was difficult to get through, annoying and upsetting.

      If I could give them zero I would. Tried to work with them. English of 5 different people awful. Kept saying wrong department and then on the 5th one said could not help me; they had other customers to help. “Good day.” Arrogant “service”. Do not buy from them unless you get an assurance they can help you if a problem. Get a name. A number and keep everything. Just terrible experience. Never, ever again.

      It's been 2 months and still no package. I believe my package is probably sold to someone else because there hasn't been a update in over 2 months. I sent know why usps, ups and etc still work with them. I just wanted my damn clothes!!!!
