    I had a bill wrongfully put under my name by an immediate family member, while I was a minor still, and unfortunately had to deal with these repercussions. Credit sage thankfully helped me dispute this. Credit Sage service wasnt bad, just expensive, and It made me nervous to pay so much money without being sure that it would even get disputed, but I got lucky & everything has been resolved. its very helpful to give us as much information as possible which I was lucky enough to receive a few employees who took the time to explain things to me & answer any remaining questions.

    I have been struggling with several issues with my credit. I was nervous at first opening it up for repairs. Credit sage did a remarkable job keeping me at ease as well as up to date. They explained things well as well. They removed 3 things that were a burden on getting my points to grow! I am very happy with Credit Sage! Thank you!!

    I paid a initial $278.°° to Credit Sage for them to begin some disputes on my credit report. Was also told it would be $99.°°/month while disputes where filed and resolved. The Lady representative on the phone also instructed me to sign up with a company "Identity IQ"., which was about another $19.99/month. I was informed it would take at least 3 months to se any results. It has now been 5 month with nothing to show. I decided to cut my losses and cancel both contracts with Credit Sage and Identity IQ. However I have not been able to reach ANYONE at Credit Sage for cancelation of my contact or billing to my bank account. The website takes me to my profile, but when I attempt to see my contact, it won't allow me to see it and directs me to call thier customer service number. I've spent literally hours on hold from a automated answering service to speak with some...at no avail. I've also tried another number associated with Credit Sage, only to receive the same automated answering service and put on hold for hours. There is NO WAY to cancel my contact via thier web site. I'm left with no choice but to have my bank issue me a new debit card number, to stop Credit Sage from stealing from my account. I have even been contemplating filing a law suit against this company.

    I regret not reading the reviews...and I hope my review helps at least one person avoid this!!!!! This is a joke!!! I am so infuriated I thought they were going to help me...not charge me ridiculous amount of money for absolutely NOTHING. Please please avoid them at all costs!!! I so wish I did!!!

    I have been with them, a little over 2 months! My credit has improved and negative accounts are being removed! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend them!!

    I haven't had a single issue with them . I never tried to cancel, so not sure about all the refund reviews, but there doing what you pay then for so nice .

    People giving bad reviews because they don't understand credit or the process I've used this company multiple times to remove collections I couldn't afford that messed up my credit it takes time but worth every ***** they get rid of inquiries too

    A big SCAM!! It takes you forever to find an number or email to cancel. They take your money and do nothing for you. Waiting to see if they actually cancel my account or charge me for the next month. Stay away from this company!!

    This is a scam! I was told this was a collection agency and that my payment of $328 was to pay for my debt just to find out that was a lie! I called back 2 days later and was told they dispute debt and do not pay the debt. I requested a reimbursement and cancel my account. The representative said they cancelled my account but I had to mail a letter requesting a reimbursement. This has been a nightmare experience when all I wanted to do was pay my debt!
