  This is a terrible company please please stay away from them. Its best to accept your credit the way it is than to get robbed. This company took my money after promising to get rid of my debt because they were filed incorrectly. After I found out that they were a scam I called back to get my money and I was unable to get them. I had to use a different phone number. Once they scam you their system is so high tech it will send your number straight to elevator music. This is just cruel. They are preying on poor people who are desperate and trying to better their lives. They deserve to be placed in jail. This company need to be locked down. It aint even a company THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!

  If I could give negative stars I would, it would be -5 stars. Likes to take money from you! Will NOT give refund back after you cancelled within the full refund time frame of starting with them! Do NOT GO THROUGH THEM Im still waiting for my refund after 7 MONTHS!!!

  Called for another company and ended up online with an agent from credit sage. On 12/11/23 They talked me in to signing up, and I agreed to the transaction. However, I never uploaded the documents, l and no longer want the service. I called in on 12/13/23 to get a refund and cancellation of the account in the allotted time (3 days) however they said an account manager would need to do so. I asked for written proof to my email that the cancellation was made at least, to which I was hung up on by ******. I then emailed their support help desk with cancellation of the contract and got no response back. This is a SCAM, DO NOT FALL FOR IT

  I Happened upon this organization while attempting to contact a collection agency. They appeared as a pop up and it was not something I was seeking.I spoke with a very nice woman but we were not quite connecting. I hung up accidentally. I called back to apologize and spoke to a man who was at best trying to explain what their company did for people such as myself. I was not informed that the one dollar was for an initial start up, for a monthly company that gives the credit bureaus a heads up called.. *************. -monthly installment of *****, after initial $1.00. Credit Sage recommends to carry for the duration of the plan. I may have misunderstood, but bank ****** said "*************"Flags began to go ** in my mind.The dollar was also considered to verify my active checking account. I was finally able to say "no" as this is a lot to consider.I need time to read reviews and find out what goals are necessary before moving forward.I know myself and I trust very easily. i also know when I am very stressed and am not in a position to make decisions based on selling points from someone I have not met.I regret clicking on the contract form. Everything was moving too fast. I was very verbal and wanting to stop what was moving forward. The gentleman complied and I was informed that my case was closed. I was grateful. After ending the call, I rushed to my bank and obtained a new card and closed out the card used to verify my account with ******** aware of your own emotions at a time when you are seeking help, and a situation to fix everything, sounds so ideal.You may or can set yourself up for disappointment. I can not speak for this company or suggest they are scamming good people. I just learned today about their service and I do pay attention to what others say about their experience.They appear to know very much about about how to find discrepancies with debt that is reported to the credit reporting agencies. Look before you leap.

  I think their practices are a little misleading as I was attempting to contact a collection agency and somehow got credit sage. I was prompted to sign up for a credit repair service and payed $378. I did some research and realized this was not what I intended. I contacted their customer service and was refunded my money.

  SCAMMERS!!! They will tell you they are disputing all three bureaus, and they are only sending to disputes to One, they also make you sign up for identity IQ, this is how I found out that my plan actually only included one bureau and not three like I was informed and the emails I was being sent from Credit Sage were showing That three different bureaus were being disputed but that was not the case according to identity IQ their partner service that you have to pay additional $20 a month for so that you can have access to all of your credit report monitoring. However, if Credit Sage logs in to your profile and does not refresh or update your credit report, you don’t have access to that month! I paid Credit Sage and identity, IQ and called both of them, and I cannot access two months worth of reporting, which happened to be the most recent right before I cancel, so I literally paid for nothing. They told me the payments were removed from one bureau but that was also a lie. Nothing had been removed at all. This is total scam money suck. I am calling my bank now.

  I'm happy that my disputes were settled but I feel that it took far too long to remove inquiries. I was told originally that if my credit disputes we're cleared from my record within the first 3 months that I would get a full refund with no questions asked. Then, after the fourth month, I called for a refund and they stated they would refund me but that they wouldn't settle my disputes. I ended up paying them double to triple what I would have just paid the collection agency over the course of 10 months. I'm happy to have the disputes removed but was not happy with the cost to remove them as it was not done in a timely manner.

  I was lied to and went to cancel my service right away and wouldn't be refunded. I was also told to download a app and and a third party who works with credit sage hit my account without my permission and forced services on me that I did not agree to. I am filing a lawsuit
